I ordered a cheese it crunch wrap pulled up to the drive through window handed the kid my debit card & he dropped it on the ground I get home proceeded to eat my (cheese it) crunch wrap but there wasn't a single crunch to it at all I opened it up no cheese it or regular shell so I called & they told me they were busy I was the 2nd car in drive through I guess four cars is to busy for them to...if I could give the a 0 star I would

Have it your way at BK paid 20$ waited 2X as long and the order even included nacho fries ?!! MAn my mom had to watch in agony eating them me !!
It took over 20 minutes for them to prepare my very small order. My fiance was late getting back to work from his break and all he had time to do was pick up food that was ordered 10 minutes before he went on break.

Messed my order up and refuse to correct it even with a receipt. The rude guy explained to me that yes we messed up your order but I can only remake it for you. Not allowed to do a refund and said you can get taco coupons instead. Then he stated come back tomorrow and shut the

If you ever want your food fast.....GO here. These workers got it figured out. Ust be trained better than next door at McDonald's. When u enter the drive up look at the line next door, and when u get your food and drive around to leave wave at the same people waiting in the same line?!!
