This place is small but their food is really good. They are only open for breakfast and lunch but they do both very well. I really like their tried chicken from the buffet... Super moist and flavorful. Also had some of their roast beef... Super good. I didn't expect this small a place to have such quality good. Super glad they do. Planning on visiting as soon as I'm back in Shelbyville. If you are in the mood for home cooking... Eat here. Reminds me of Grandma's old fashioned food. This place is located right across from the dam.

We showed up minutes before breakfast was supposed to end and the server said they couldn't serve us breakfast, the kitchen would get mad at her. Lunch was already being served before 10:30 am. We got up and left after she recommended other places in the area that were serving breakfast.

My husband and I stopped for breakfast on our way home from camping. We ordered off the menu and didn’t get the buffet. The prices were reasonable and the food was nice and hot. We would definitely come back again if we’re in that area.
