Sam is seriously the best!! He's fast, friendly, and the order comes out correctly every time. You dont have to ask for refills on your drink or for the check to be brought out. He's truly on top of everything!! The food is always delicious too - the cooks rock!!

$20 for a kids size amount of pasta. What a rip-off. Do NOT order the new Chicken Parm Fettucine.

I call this the tale of two Applebee's. I use to go to the Swansea, IL Applebee's, but over time I've encountered rudeness so I stopped going. A hostess is supposed to great and seat. The young lady at the Swansea Applebee's look like she hated her job and didn't utter one word. The service and food were good though.

I decided after that I would drive the extra miles and do all of my curbside orders at the Shiloh, Illinois Applebee's. Always Always great service! On 07/09/2025 my wife and I decided to eat in. Clean lot, Clean inside and the hostess was phenomenal! I loved the greeting. Then we were approached by Ebony and Deja!! Where did you guys find these two awesome ladies from? They made our trip very memorable. We left feeling like we were at a Five Star restaurant. Please applaud these two. I will always speak highly of Shiloh Illinois Applebee's. Thank you!!!

This Place was Beyond Piss Poor & Deserves NO STARS ... I ordered the Boneless Wing Combo Platter. The Chicken was Rotten & Rank you could smell it over the Buffalo Sauce. I informed the BarTender who was my Waitress & it fell on Death EaRs. I informed them so therefore they wouldn't serve it to anyone else.

I went to Applebee's on a Sunday afternoon. It was pretty consistent regarding service and food quality.
We were seated without much of a wait. The tables and floors were relatively clean.
The waiter was attentive and efficient. Our drinks were delivered in a timely manner. Our food order was taken quickly, and their wasn't much of a wait for the food delivery.
My only critique is that the owner or manager was an older gentleman dressed in dirty regular clothes. His hygiene and grooming could use some attention, especially his unkempt beard.
Besides that, the food was tasty. Parking is free and plentiful. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and kid friendly.
I recommend this location.
