We stopped in at 830 last night on our way home from st louis. Since we were needing to use the restroom we went inside. We were the only ones inside. My husband and I met at the counter to order, an elderly lady came in about 2 minutes after us. The girl behind the counter was walking back and forth in front of us talking on her cell phone (making plans for prom) and never once looked at us. We stood patiently waiting on her to finish making her prom plans. Our patience was tested a few minutes later when she literally stopped in front of us but still did not acknowledge our existence. Luckily a nice young man in the kitchen saw what was going on and apologized then stopped her and told her to wait on us. She didn't.... instead she told the receiver of the prom plans on the other end of the phone to "hang on". She looked at us like a deer in headlights and put a finger up signaling"just a second ". We smiled and said ok thinking she would now put the phone down but instead she walked over beside the fry station, in the drive through area and continued her conversation. She came back a few seconds later (after the sweet young man in back urged her to) and said, "uhhhh... you're gonna have to hang on one minute". DONE!!! Luckily Freddie's was across the parking lot so we walked over and received prompt and friendly service.The lady behind us walked out as well... 1 vehicle in the drive through...

Second visit in three weeks. Walked out without ordering last time when told fish sandwiches were off the menu (although displayed) on a Friday in Lent. This time cashier was inattentive to us and other customers. Dispensers of ketchup and “horsey sauce” were empty. We have been impressed with service for many years. The service quality has declined markedly.

we asked for curly fries, they put wavy fries in the bottom then put some curly fries on top to make it look like they gave us curly fries. just doesn’t make sense to me.

The store is never open. It always has a sign that says lobby is closed. You go to drive thru and they say they aren’t taking orders right now. Just close for good and go out of business if you don’t want our money.

I stoped in close to closing time, and the employee was really sweet, the food on the other hand was not. The Fish sandwich tasted old and the mozzarella sticks where hard. The fries where about the only thing I could eat.

We had Exceptional service!!!!! Crystal is An Amazing Manager! I can regonize this bc I gave 30+ years to the restaurant ❤❤business!! Keep up the Good work!!! The restaurant was VERY CLEAN & the staff was efficient! They still have the Jamoca shake, but not the choc fudge cookies. However, she described the salted caramel chocolate chip well & I almost got a dozen. But, I got turnovers instead. We sat where we saw an awesome Sunset!! And, made me miss home for the Best of the Sunsets!! ❤ We'll be back soon even if for just desserts!!!!
