I come here almost every Saturday and I receive the best service from everyone there! “Mak” and “Katie” have exception service and make it a joy to be there whether they are helping us or making jokes with each other. I have never had a problem with this store and whoever runs it is doing an amazing job with their employees! I would choose Shiloh Coldstone everyday.

I've been here more than a few times. Tonight I could tell that they clean with fabuloso because when I got home to eat my ice cream there was an after taste of fabuloso..... yuck! Not that I've ever eat/drank it, but you get my drift. If it's smell contents are seeping into the ice cream it's just too much!

Absolutely ridiculous. Please train your people. The man working could not even fold in our mixins and we paid $20 for everything to be just pilled on top honestly want a refund and will never be back

We’ve ordered to go orders from this location a couple times in the last few months and both times our waffle bowls (and the plastic wrap around them) smelled & tasted like strong fragrance from a cleaning product, making them inedible. Please switch to something unscented for all food prep surfaces (and everywhere else, loads of people are allergic to fragrance).

I have had ice cream from here for years. Tonight I ordered a Cheesecake mixed with oreos. Oreos were good. The ice cream tasted like CHEESE cake. The cream cheese may have gone bad or something was wrong with that batch. I'd recommend sampling the ice cream first. Just a friendly heads up for anyone. Regardless of how many times you have had it. Will definitely not be returning for a while.

Ice cream was good, however the store smelled terrible and when we looked up there was a lot of water damage and MOLD on the ceiling. Not a little bit of mold but a lot of it. The workers were okayish but nothing stood out. The smell really was disgusting and I swear I could smell it a bit on my food.

My wife and I stopped in today. She wanted a love it sweet cream ice cream with chocolate chips. I ordered a like it strawberry shake with cheesecake pieces in it. The order was over $14 and I was generous because the staff was pleasant at first and left a $2 tip. This made my total over $16. The ice cream was good. However, when I got my shake it was so thin it resembled strawberry milk. I got out to the car and showed my wife and realized it was way too thin to be enjoyable. I went back inside, showed the shake to the employee that made it and the guy that made the said, oh well that’s just how our shakes are especially strawberry, there’s nothing I can do about it. So I now had an expensive shake that was inedible and had to be thrown away! This is absolutely ridiculous!

I took my 7 year old granddaughter in for a birthday treat. The music was SO loud that i Couldn't even talk to her! AND both of our cone bowls were Extremely stale!

I don’t know who made the decision to pre mix the Oreo overload ice cream but that was a terrible idea. Makes the ice cream taste old

Why do they blend all the ingredients down to grain. Pictures show more like a sundae. It’s like eating clay

As I was gretting my Chang the cashier lady with glasses and is slightly bigger in size dropped a coin then proceeded to throw the rest of my change on the counter and walk away. This was very rude and was not a pleasant experience please do something about your staffing’s issues.
