I don’t know who made the decision to pre mix the Oreo overload ice cream but that was a terrible idea. Makes the ice cream taste old

Why do they blend all the ingredients down to grain. Pictures show more like a sundae. It’s like eating clay

As I was gretting my Chang the cashier lady with glasses and is slightly bigger in size dropped a coin then proceeded to throw the rest of my change on the counter and walk away. This was very rude and was not a pleasant experience please do something about your staffing’s issues.

Jeremiah the manager is the sweetest. I love cold stone in general. His customer service is impeccable. Clean store. Great ice cream. I’m a rewards member for a reason. No issues ever at this location.

Great place to get a yummy frozen dessert! They have tons of ice cream options, including lactose free, as well as many toppings. The indoor seating is great in the winter and outdoor seating is nice in the summer.

Ice cream was delicious, our server was great. We were in town for a bowling tournament and had 5 people in our party. We did appre iate the college discount. The line was moving pretty quickly until 2 girls that were not in uniform went behind the counter to get theor own ice cream and distracted the employees. Then the line slowed as only 1 or 2 employees were helping the line. Totally unacceptable for a person in "street clothes" to be reaching in to the coolers and helping herself whiles paying customers were waiting.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to wait on us today. We could hear someone in the back so we yelled hello twice. Then I saw someone in the back and they had headphones in so I waved, they saw me and shut the door more so we left....

Summer breeze makes me feel fine, But Coldstone ice cream makes me feel best!!! Love the creamy, smooth satin feel of Coldstone ice cream in my mouth, quenches my thirst and refreshes the heat.. ? Catherine is wonderful, loved that she welcomed my visiting cousin.. ?
