Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Went to the Shiloh Cracker Barrel location. Waited 15 minutes to be seated and there was a lot of empty tables. We waited a long time before she ever took our order & waited a while till we got our drinks. then it was another long wait till we got our food and it wasn’t very hot . We ended up waiting another 10 minutes after we ate and had to grab another waitress to ask her to get our ticket so we could leave. Never really saw our waitress around very much. All in all we were in there for an hour and a half. We were very disappointed with the service. This was usually one of our favorite places to eat, but after the last few times there I don’t know if we’ll be going back.

First visit in about 4 years. Quality of food has improved, but not near as good as a decade ago; specifically biscuits and country ham. You are losing me as a target demographic.

If you are looking for a decent sit down meal you could do worse than visiting this cracker barrel. Both the breakfast food and the dinner food tends to be pretty good. There is something on the menu for everyone.
As with all sit down restaurants the quality of your visit depends on the server you get. In my past 4 visits to this location I have had 2 great servers and 2 not so great servers. All in all this is a solid choice for a good meal.

our waitress was great but we waited over an hr after we ordered to get our food to get it. complain when we checked out and just got the excuse they were busy which really wasn't the case..won't be going back anytime soon

The waitress we had was not very attentive to us. A couple came in and she took their order and the female customer talked to the waitress and they got there food before we got ours. The mash potatoes were hard. My wife and i ordered the fried turkey i got three little pieces of the turkey and she got two medium size of turkey. It took 30 -45 minutes for our food to come out to eat

Wait to be seated was long. Appeared seating was available but staff to work was not. Food was good service was ok but slow due to short staffing.

I really love Cracker Barrel and it’s my go to place to dine. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience recently at the Shiloh location. We waited an hour and a half to receive our food. One of the orders was wrong. We asked to speak with the manager that they apparently couldn’t find. We eventually had someone come out and talk with us and we asked for some type of discount due to the service we had received. After her going back to the kitchen to talk with whomever, we did receive a decent discount. They kept working feverishly to fill orders to go, which we thought was disconcerting, because we felt like we were getting worse service for dining in the restaurant. I don’t like to complain, but this needed to be put out there so that maybe things can get improved.

Horrible service. Rude, obnoxious waitress. The worse Cracker Barrel service I’ve ever had.
