Kim went above and beyond in serving us and was very helpful. We brought our dog to eat outside on the patio, and she let us know we could eat inside with him. She also insisted on bringing our food out to us when we sat outside. The food was great as always as well!

The food is fine, the service is terrible and racist. Was racially profiled by white staff member. There were cameras, so the incident should documented. Took place on 8/11/25 around 7:40 pm, if management cares which I doubt

I was severely disappointed by my experience here. I ordered lunch from here directly through their website because I thought it would be a better experience than going through door dash however once my food was delivered it was COMPLETELY the wrong order and was delivered by someone that wasn’t listed as my driver. the food delivered to me included salmon which I explained I am severely allergic to. i was advised to call the location and the first person i spoke to was rude and wouldn’t listen to what i was saying. they kept telling me to call door dash and didn’t listen when i said i ordered through their website i spoke with a DJ Schnipp who attempted to assist me but wasn’t listening and again tried to have me call door dash who i didn’t order from. He kept over talking me and didn’t listen when i tried to explained my order was supposed to be delivered by Michael not the woman who showed up and he hung up on me. I was extremely disappointed, frustrated and alarmed because had i not checked the receipt i could have ate the contents and would have had a severe allergic reaction.

I had one Ceasar wrap without chicken and another with chicken, both with chips! I had ordered it online for a quick pick up, and of course it was ready and everything I asked for was included before I even got there - and they were quite busy, but clearly can handle it! Workers were polite and helpful as always!! Can’t say I have ever had a bad experience at this location in Shiloh, IL! Workers are ALWAYS friendly, which is rare these days! Thanks for the great service as usual!

Food was okay. Chicken was dry and the veg was not as crisp/fresh as expected. The rice tasted old and once again, dry. Service was not great, it is obvious they really disinterested in everything. I'll likely try it again, but not soon.

Here's a fun fact I'm in Crazy Bowls couple times a week two three times at least great atmosphere friendly service all the staff is so friendly they greet you they never wait on nothing so I'm in there today and I see that that the general district manager in there I want to give him a good you know compliment cuz I think they deserve it he just so happens to be on the phone so I'm waiting there for a few minutes waiting and then the lady who's working approaches me and I was like I really wanted to you know give you guys some good compliments cuz I asked her if that was her district manager and she said yes and you know why they go in there to check things out so he's on the phone sees me standing there waiting I waited like 5 minutes I understand he's got to do his job but it was really important that I give a review to him about the employees there that's how I felt so I'm going to leave out the door and I just kind of got a few words into him like I said I understand he was on the phone I'm not here to judge that phone call or anything I just had a few things I got a thumbs up so I just really hope that the employees at this location are recognize that they are very good with customer service very friendly they always make me feel welcome they make you want to come back very good atmosphere the food is great so I just want to put this review out just in case the district manager happens to come along it thank you for your thumbs up and I hope the employees are recognized for their hard work and their good customer service skills and their friendliness because in the

It was just okay. I got the jerk wrap, floor tortilla, jasmine rice, and crispy chicken breast. The filling was unbalanced. Some bits has no flavor and other was overwhelming. The jalapeño cilantro salsa had very little spice though rated the spiciest. The buffalo sauce had more spice. Overall “meh” feeling from the staff and atmosphere.

their tofu here is inedible. the rest of the power wrap I got was good but I had to pick out the tofu and only ended up being able to eat 3 bites before throwing away because the tofu was so bad and mixed in to everything.. I don’t know if the tofu was spoiled or what happened but I’ve tried every type of tofu cooked in every possible way and it’s never tasted like this. I’m almost positive it was expired. This was my first time trying this place and I really wanted to like this place, my boyfriend said his caesar chicken wrap was AMAZING. And I’m really disappointed I couldn’t eat my food. Especially for the price. I hope that this isn’t what their tofu tastes like and that I just somehow got expired tofu or something .

Ever since they installed the kiosks the employees act like anyone who walks in is an inconvenience. They ignore you, and heaven forbid they have to interact with you. Just rude.

Ordered Mediterranean through Uber Eats. Ordered crunchy chicken and extra beans . Got regular chicken and no beans . Need to pay attention and do better !!
