They forgot one bag of chips up that's okay. Everything else was delicious. I got the buffalo chicken bowl and my fiancee got the jerk chicken bowl. He thought there wasn't enough sauce so order extra sauce for the jerk bowl if you like it that way! I got extra buffalo sauces for my dish so I was thankful they do that!

1. Service is not what it should be . Don’t let a customer walk in the store and you just keep your back turned to the customer before waiting 5 min to say anything.
2. Presentation is everything, you really keep your chips in that dirty container? Looks like it’s never been cleaned and the young lady up front told me it’s usually on the ground. I would appreciate some integrity here when it comes to the way you are keeping your food. Coming to a location in Ofallon, I expect a lot better. If I wanted below average service and food to be served out of dirty containers, I think I could find a place for that.

The staff was friendly both times I went. Good was good. I enjoy the chips and queso. I ordered the BBQ chicken quesadilla; the only thing about this is I would have liked the chicken shredded. Maybe I'll ask that next time. All in all, it was good food at a decent price.

I’ve tried this place about 5x. Love the concept but the food is not good. I’ve received inedible food and flavorless food many times. No quality control. I hope they get new management or ownership. One good item they have is the lobster rolls and the sauce!

Ordered a bowl online for pickup. After placing the order, I noticed that I accidentally ordered 2. I immediately called them, they said they'd be able to refund me. Great. I said if they couldn't, that's understandable, they said they could.
Staff said they refunded me the $26.98, then they charged me for 1 meal--Around $13.
I was never refunded the $26.98. Fast forward a week later, I call them tonight ^ said the $26.98 never dropped off & I was never refunded. Staff asked me to come up & they could refund. Instead, I was charged $26.98 AGAIN. So, I've paid them almost $54 for nothing. (Close to $60 for ONE meal) Beyond frustrated. Apparently a manager doesn't come in until Wed. Hopefully I can get $53.96 back.
