Just had the best customer service I’ve had in ages! Shirley in the floral department is amazing! Really went above and beyond and Janice at the customer service desk was also awesome. Great examples of how to keep customers loyalty !

I've never had issues with the store until today. They had a sign up for turkeys that were on sale soon. This was on 11/29, but the sale had ended on 11/27. I didn't know until I had gotten to the register where I was told that the sale was over. I explained to them that the sign was still up, but they refused to honor the price posted up. I really have to wonder if I was the only one since it was 5pm at night when I went in.

gone down hill lately. new changes to the cashier having to also be the bagger makes it harder on cashiers and slows the line down terribly.

My mom and wife were treated terribly by staff in area of self check out. Terrible customer service, very disrespectful. Too many other places to shop and not have to tolerate that.

Dierbergs were the first grocer around my area to step it up with social distancing. Also plexiglass, Also wipes at the door, Also managers in store where you can find them, Also Senior Shopping at 8-9 am, unlike the other grocery where you have to get up with the chickens and when it’s still dark out. Shout out to Dierbergs!!! 10 Stars.
