I work near the restaurant and love their food so I've had numerous interactions here. The staff, management are past rude.i seriously don't know how they still have a job. Im sure the location does well financially from the Freddy's name and the busy area. But I can't wrap my head around how bad I've been treated at this location. I once ordered one single burger, waited 20 mins on my lunch break. The burger was terrible in presentation and incorrect. I couldn't return as time was limited. I left the info on a survey from the receipt. I received a credit for the burger. Went back days later and redeemed the coupon. It took forever, the staff was extremely rude like I had done something wrong. And lastly, even that comped burger was wrong🤦. Just sad, Im forced to spend elsewhere.

Had to go inside to order because no would answer or even acknowledge me at the drive through. Go inside and the environment could use some positivity. No one wants to eat in place where customer service is lacking. I’d rather give my money to other businesses that know how to treat thier customers.

Hamburger was almost raw. Floor is very greasy. Could just barely hear your order number being called. This is the last time I will visit this Freddy's.

Custard was good but sadly they no longer have the waffle cone....bring it back versu the cheap cake cone.

A chicken sandwich that was almost $9 for just the sandwich, and the bun was bigger than the actual chicken. We won’t be back.

The food was bussing !!! As the kids would say 😋😋

This Freddy's gave us the really great quality we expect at any Freddy's. We got excellent food, and it was done in an adequate time considering how busy they were. They did forget one item, but it was given to us quickly. Everything tasted really yummy and was fresh.

Waited in line at drive up behind one vehicle for 15 minutes. Watched staff talking and blowing kisses to the driver of the vehicle. Our order, a milkshake and concrete were melted/runny. 2 vehicles behind us pulled around us and left.

Freddy's usually is consistent with their food quality. I love their burgers even though they're a little smaller now. but the last couple of times the burgers have been really salty. I hope this was just a fluke..
