Shiloh Freddy’s is appalling! The service is horrible, staff appear to be annoyed to be working. Food was awful! The person at the drive through window needs to go back to customer service training. Very poor management. The manager Shakita is completely unprofessional and down right rude.

I was at Freddy’s about 40 minutes ago and my friend slipped and fell due to a leaky freezer that was sitting unplugged along the wall. The leak left a puddle that was not marked with a wet floor sign. She fell so hard that her phone flew from her hand and at least 10 feet across the restaurant. I almost slipped in the same area shortly afterwards, but she was able to warn me before I stepped further. She asked for assistance and nobody cared. She had to speak to several staff members just to get help and then finally someone called their GM. They gave her a plain sheet of paper and a sharpie to write down her statement and info as opposed to giving her an incident report. I’m so disappointed that my friend got hurt after we just drove in from out of town. Now she has to limp with a sore, bruised knee for the remainder of our trip.In the midst of all of this happening, I waited 10 minutes for my concrete to be remade since they messed up. I had to speak to 3 different people for progress to be made. The staff all looked to be high schoolers, so I recommend retraining all staff and hiring an experienced, higher level staff member/manager to work late shifts with young adults. If you value your safety and want to feel like a valued customer, please DO NOT COME HERE!

My brother ordered delivery for me and my mom and the food was very cold!!! , old fries, missing onions on 2 of the burgers it was the worst Freddy's experience I ever had

Fries were extremely crispy, borderline overdone. The drive through line was long, grilled chicken club was TERRIBLE, no flavor and dry chicken. Some items ordered were not rang in even after repeating the order

Just left the establishment. The food was very good but the place was very dirty. Floors were so slippery I saw several people tell each other to be careful. Food, drink, garbage under many of the tables. Never a smile or any kind of friendliness from the cashier and we couldn’t hear or understand anything she was saying. After asking her to repeat herself a few times she walked away smirking. Same employee then went on break, kicking her shoes off and laying in the booth. Also witnessed several drive thru customers having to come in to the store because items were missing or prepared wrong. What a shame since like I stated above, the food was good.

The tables and floors were really dirty and the bathrooms were a mess. This was the first times it's ever been like that when we went there. It was 3:30 in the afternoon. I'm hoping they were just to busy from a rush. The food was awsome though!
