I SCREWED UP AN ONLINE ORDER AND THE EMPLOYEES THERE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE KIND TO ME ABOUT FIXING IT !!! THE SANDWICHE THEY MADE ME WAS DONE JUST PERFECTLY AND THEY MADE SURE THAT I DIDN'T FEEL STUPID ABOUT HOW BADLY I MESSED UP THE ONLINE ORDER !!! WELL DONE GENTLEMEN !! WELL DONE !! I have been going to this Jersey Mikes for quite a while now and couldn't be happier with the food and customer service. The manager, Kellie, is absolutely fantastic - always friendly and makes sure my order is right each and every time. I highly recommend !!

I’ve always loved jersey mikes until I picked up my online order tonight. #13 rosemary parm bread add mayo and mustard. To my surprise they put this on white bread, and forgot the tomatoes. When I picked up the order, the worker just handed me the bag and didn’t even alert me that my order was wrong (assuming they were out of tomatoes and the bread I ordered). The stuff they remembered to put on the sandwich, they might as well had left it off. Barely any meat and maybe a sprinkle of lettuce. I have never had a sandwich come this skimpy from jersey mikes before. It actually ruined my night. If I was looking for a skimpy sandwich I would’ve gone to jimmy john’s.

Food is always yummy here and well made. I did not visit the restroom. Tables were clean ad the staff was friendly.

Dietary restrictions: You can get any sandwich as a salad which I really like because I do not eat bread.

This store is seriously understaffed and the employees look exhausted and like they’re over worked. It took nearly 25 minutes to get my 2 cold sandwiches. It was only after I asked how much longer and then came back to tell them to cancel my order before they even started to make it. They were nice enough about it, but they need a manager on-site helping them out.

The young ladies that was working that night did amazing job that was so sweet the food was fresh and good
