Jersey Mike's Subs

I’ve always loved jersey mikes until I picked up my online order tonight. #13 rosemary parm bread add mayo and mustard. To my surprise they put this on white bread, and forgot the tomatoes. When I picked up the order, the worker just handed me the bag and didn’t even alert me that my order was wrong (assuming they were out of tomatoes and the bread I ordered). The stuff they remembered to put on the sandwich, they might as well had left it off. Barely any meat and maybe a sprinkle of lettuce. I have never had a sandwich come this skimpy from jersey mikes before. It actually ruined my night. If I was looking for a skimpy sandwich I would’ve gone to jimmy john’s.

Food is always yummy here and well made. I did not visit the restroom. Tables were clean ad the staff was friendly.

Dietary restrictions: You can get any sandwich as a salad which I really like because I do not eat bread.

This store is seriously understaffed and the employees look exhausted and like they’re over worked. It took nearly 25 minutes to get my 2 cold sandwiches. It was only after I asked how much longer and then came back to tell them to cancel my order before they even started to make it. They were nice enough about it, but they need a manager on-site helping them out.

This place is solid on all fronts. The food is consistent in execution every time I come, and is always of consistently excellent quality and taste. I’ve visited this location on multiple occasions, sometimes early in the day, sometimes during lunch rush, and most recently at 8pm, and the level of professionalism, warm welcome, and enthusiasm of the staff never wavers. The food is always a delicious and filling treat without leaving me feeling heavy and groggy. I always leave with a smile on my face.

I’d like to also shout out the assistant GM (if I remember) whose name is Jacob (hoping I remembered that correctly too). Jacob exudes everything we hope to see in the generation of young people getting their footing in the workforce now. There are so many stereotypes about them, and I just wanted to note how pleasant my experience with Jacob and the whole team on staff today was. Jacob acknowledged me when I came in and let me know that he would be right with me, as he was fielding a particularly large order from the person ahead of me in line. He pleasantly accommodated a special request for my order, and while I waited, we had a great conversation about our hobbies and how our weekends were going, cool events in St. Louis, and our outlook on challenges we face in life being opportunities for growth and development. I know that sounds like a lot, but in the probably five minutes that I was there, the conversation flowed very casually and comfortably. The ability to make pleasant small talk, while getting the job done with excellence and pride was so refreshing to experience. That guy seems like a great manager and an asset to the company, and I know he’s going to have a very successful future because of his work ethic, personality, and character.

Went in to redeem my birthday sub and the gentlemen working there were awesome. Super quick and make a mean sandwich. Thank you especially to the guy that helped me hear one of the other employees. I’m a bit hard of hearing and they didn’t make me feel discouraged for not hearing very well! Awesome job guys. Thank you!

Asked for a mini club sub, Mike's way. I didn't get cheese or mayonaise on the sandwich. Am i mising something? do i need to remind them to put mayo and cheese on the club sub when I say i want it mike's way?
