Terrible service. I called to place an order and the person rudely yelled at me that they don’t do the $5 pizza deal any more and that it was 17 years ago. Didn’t even offer any deals, and then when I asked to place an order, they hung. This place needs some new employees. At this point I’m sticking with Dominos pizza because at least I’ve never had an experience like this there.

Placed an online order. Received confirmation via email about the order being ready. Headed to the location. Order was not ready. Waited over 40 min for 1 pizza. Pretty unacceptable

The staff here were incredibly personable and polite. Not something you find everyday! The pizza was delicious and a great price.

I really hate to leave bad reviews, but this experience was just ridiculous. The food here is consistently disappointing — never fresh, never right, and definitely not worth the money. What really pushed me to write this is the terrible customer service. I called to speak to a manager about an issue with my order, and instead of offering any help, she told me she was too busy and that I’d need to wait or call back later. Her tone was rude and dismissive, like I was bothering her just for asking for help.

To make matters worse, once I asked for her name, she suddenly “couldn’t hear” me — even though she heard everything else I said just fine up until that point. It was obvious she didn’t want to be held accountable, and the whole exchange just left a bad taste in my mouth (and not just from the food).

It’s really disappointing that the O’Fallon location shut down, because this one in Shiloh is seriously lacking in both quality and service.

Every time I come here pizza is never ready. Today I ordered pizza at 4:30pm for a 6:30pm pick up but when I get here at 6:40pm they told me it wasn’t ready and would be a 10 minute wait with an attitude… the worst!

Every time BJ is working, The pizza is incredible. We get it literally every Friday at work and it’s amazing. We love him. It’s great.

The food is literally trash and the cheese dissolves and crumbles into chunks NOT melts. The crust was literally raw dough and I had purchased the stuffed crust custom ordered through the app. Called the following morning and some "gentlemen" claiming hes a manager answered was unprofessional and trashy himself and acted as though he couldn't understand anything I was saying when it was he who was barely intelligible as a supposed manager answering phone calls first thing in the morning. He then responds you got the pizza?? I need the pizza back. Hahaha My man what are you on that you think any customer is going to drive back the following morning to return a piece of trash uncooked pizza that half of it had to go to the trash as it is??? On top of wasting my time and money you think someone would drive back to your store next day to return it?? Think you're smart and funny huh?? Jokes on you because I hope and pray someone comes back and throws your trash food back at you because based on your attitude and lack of customer service you deserve nothing more then that type of treatment yourself.
