NEVER EAT HERE!!!! This was the worst experience we have ever had with a McAlister's restaurant. The kind young girl who took our order obviously had zero training on the POS system or order flow. The other person serving the front had earbuds in and spent the entire time mopping the floor and bathrooms (without gloves) except to give an order to an Uber driver. The two people working our order in back had headsets on and didn't communicate our order had been put up. The order was incorrect, the preparers shorted us two items from our bag. We did not get what we asked for at the register. There were three customers in the restaurant at just after 7pm and we had to point out our order had been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes. We paid at 7:17pm and walked out with our cold food at 7:47pm. All of the food was soggy, cold and tasted bad. The employees except our server seemed entirely disinterested and detached. Our server seemed terrified and asking for help, but none was given.

This location is no longer a deli. Please rename to the appropriate description(over priced gas station food) Ordered a full size French dip, and paid for it, but recieved a 6 inch, and staff wanted to argue about it's size rather than correct the situation. There are relatively no choices for sides that aren't charged an exorbitant price. The charge for two people just getting a sandwich & drink is now $45 at this location. This isn't even a shadow of what this place used to be. Two more lost customers for future.

Food was great. There was only a couple other people in restaurant at the time we were but took quite a while to get food but a lot of the tables had crumbs and napkins on them and needed to be wiped off. We wiped our own table down. Not the end of the world but annoying.

I came in at 7:32 on a Sunday. The girl at the register was nice…she had long pink braids. She was professional inspite of the register messing up. My only complaint is the young lady in the back she was loud and she said “give these people their food so they can get the hell out of my store!”…..there was a couple and one guy eating alone in there at the time. She had locs and a pink shirt. Be professional or get another job. Overall love this place. :-)
