It is a nightmare trying to order in-person. The cashier overcharged me and the wait to order and to get it fixed was ridiculously long (30 minutes) for late on the evening. Be careful how you order and check your receipt. Otherwise I can’t complain; the food is good for “fast food”

Customer service has become EXTINCT. No welcome to McAlisters. No eye contact. No thank you, have a nice day. The food is great but if I'm paying you $15-$20 for lunch I would like a little more customer service. Thanks for NOTHING ALEXANDRA!!

Food is way over priced for a bland tasting sandwich. The establishment however was clean with good atmosphere and friendly staff.
Just good quality and portion isn't justifiable for the price.

Drove in from Chicago and the first stop was McAlister's. I was not disappointed. The customer service was top notch, everyone was genuinely pleasant! I didn't get the managers name (I think she was the manager) but I did a special order Savanah salad and she made it for me and did it just right. The food was delicious and so fresh and I love the cucumber & tomato side, it's a great option when youre trying to stay away from chips, lol. This restaurant is A1 in my book. Can't wait for the next visit.
Got there at 7. Got yelled at for were not to sit even though my order was to go. Got the room and found the pickles for all three orders missing and no sourcream for the potatoe. CHECK YOU ORDER and they get 15 dollars an hour and can't get a order right.

I got the pick 2 baked potato and French dip online the roast beef is thin sliced. Mine was like a 1/8 inch thick if not thicker on my sandwich and Black Angus Roast Beef Spud. This was the second time that I even eaten there and same thing. website photos are really off.
