Noodles and Company

Noodles cooked perfectly. The gentleman who took my order. Was very professional and a nice change from other places. Looked clean . Now it was cold. Wear a coat. But with the kitchen open like it is, it needs to be. Maybe not that cold, lol. It will be a refreshing spot when the weather is hot.

I had a bad experience yesterday. My noodles were kind of hard and starchy, and I was totally disappointed in the overall taste of it.

The food was disappointing enough to drop the overall. Large portion had very little other than the pasta - crispy chicken, a little broccoli, and 2 small chunks of spinach leaf -- and the pasta was closer to al dente than done. Tasty but far from as good as it used to be before the corporate started having money issues. Since there's none closer to me any more, I won't make a point of finding one as I did today.

Sat there for 30 minutes and never got my food. Dishes were piled up so high in the dish drop off i’m suprised they still had enough to serve food with. I was seated right in front of the register, in plain view, and they didn’t think to even offer a “your order will be out in a minute” or anything. Not that they should have anyways, since it would’ve been a lie. I got up and walked out. They can have my $11, it’s not like I’ll ever be back there anyways. To be understaffed on a Friday night is a failure on managements part. Or, if not understaffed, the incompetency alone makes it worth never coming to this location.

Dietary restrictions: If you’re on a diet this is a great place for you because they’ll never bring your food out.

Parking: There was a dog in the drivers seat of a truck parked outside, and I’d trust that dog driving that truck sooner than I’ll ever trust this Noodles to make my food again.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of dishes piled up that the kids can play with as toys.

Food was good. What i got was heavily oily though. Service was fast and staff was friendly. Most the tables were dirty though as it's a "clean up your own mess" type of place and a lot of people dont..

I ordered in store I waited and waited and waited for 3 things while they literally did everyones orders before mine people that came in and ordered after me everyone that ordered after me got there food I won't be going back after the way I was treated

Doordash ordered a Med Salad with grilled chicken, subbed the oviles for zucchini. My salad came with no pasta, chicken or zucchini on it. When I drove to the store to confront the workers they were not friendly when I brought them the messed up salad. And they did not give me any type of refund or reimbursement for their mess up.

Noodles were tasty as always, thanks for the pleasant service as well.

Went back 11/03/2024 at 1900. They had completely flipped their service and food around. The servers were extremely nice and quick. The food was fresh and delicious. I ate the Alfredo again and it was a delight. Cooked noodles, parmesan chicken, warm broccoli. 10/10 would recommend again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. It's disgusting. The shrimp scampi and alfredo were overcooked balls of noodles and I paid for extra protein on both and got 5 pieces of shrimp in each. Disgusting even with the sauce I added at home. And I also paid $21 for each plate plus the extra protein on door dash and only got refunded $10 on my $50 order.
