Past 5 visits have been bad experiences:1) chicken was raw2) the broccoli was raw3) they run out of the parm chicken before closing often4) the cashier will yell to the cooks for her own dinner before finishing her conversation with you… the guest at the register trying to order.5)pictured below: the parm chicken was substituted for plain grilled - no warning. The broccoli is raw. The noodles are oily and not saucy.I’ll be figuring out the recipe myself because at $12 a plate, I can do better at home.

Although it seems they only respond to positive reviews I would like my situation remedied, I visited almost a month ago now and I completed the survey the same night about my messed up order the next day I received a reply that I was owed a free meal and they needed my receipt I emailed back numerous times an image of my receipt and never heard back. I was initially overcharged for the item I ordered and had to call it out before paying, then the hostess said do you want your change in coins I said no? It was about 2 dollars she then said thats all I have I said then I guess so, i then get home and my pasta is missing tomatos that I was told comes on this dish. I haven't heard back in about a month

Food was great. Service was ?. Crazy slow and no effort to let us know what was going on. Unorganized. Took like half and hour to get our food and it was maybe half full. Hire more people! Train the ones you got!

Lady manager with black hair made us pour our drinks out when only one drink was available and didn’t let us know before hand. Horrible service. She was very rude. Has given bad service before to us.

I ordered the spicy Korean noodles and the wife ordered Japanese udon. Food was horrible. We felt like both had the flavor of frozen meals. Will not be back.
1st time being here. Walk in and it is a nice set up. You can look on several big boards to see what you might like to try. They have Asia noodles, Italian pasta low carb noodles, gluten free noodles and several options for kids menu. Nice portions and huge rice crispy treats for sale for a treat after eating.

A terrific menu of different noodle dishes. Great options on protein additions and different noodle types. We had dishes from the Asian selection and they were delicious. Reasonable prices, great option for lunch or for dinner. Various options on mac n cheese make the menu very kid friendly. Service was quick and courteous. The dining room was a bit dirty, lots of tables that hadn't been wiped down and garbage bin was full. I am sure staffing is still an issue for a lot of restaurants. They were busy.Kid-friendliness: mac n cheese options will make just about any child happy.Wheelchair accessibility: wide doors and aisles.
