Panera was out of character tonight. The restaurant was dirty and the food was bland. The barbecue chicken sandwich was mainly bread. The floor of the restaurant was scattered with the refuse of the day. I’m not impressed.
So far, no complaints. I remain a happy customer as of now.
Downgraded to 4*. Just ate there and there were several small errors in our order/service. They corrected all of them after we brought them to their attention.

This Panera location is really pretty good. I mark it down a bit only because the price isn't worth the product currently imo. A half sandwich cup of soup and a fountain drink should not cost upwards of $17.00.

We had lunch, ordered at the kiosk and picked up at the counter, so we didn’t have a lot of interaction with staff. But that’s just how we did it. Great soup and salad. I love the Autumn

Hadn't been in a long time. Was disappointed. Tried again to see if things had changed as their new commercial says. Menu changed out of what we wanted. Settled for something else. The lady who waited on us was very nice and accommodating. The customers eating inside were very friendly. Made the atmosphere very pleasant. I'm not sure when we will go back.

Long wait times and on another occasion they gave me a rotten banana that you could clearly tell before peeling it. Food is okay.
It's a St Louis original. Had one of their new spicy chicken sandwiches tonight it was pretty good

Ok I've been here a handful of times and have enjoyed lunch in a bread bowls. Definitely better than other locations I've visited.

My daughter and I love coming here, the ma n cheese (every variation) is my favorite. We do miss the chicken tortellini and the cuban.

I'm so glad they added some really good salads. Please keep them in your menu and bring more healthy options.
