This is my third time coming here. The food is always good, but it is SO DIRTY. The floors are always black and sticky, and today there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom. I see lots of other people have left reviews about the cleanliness here. Let’s hope they read them and work on this. If it were cleaner, it would be great. Plus, dirty floors and bathrooms make everyone wonder how clean are the kitchen and how high are food hygiene standards?

This is the slowest location I have ever been to. The drive thru takes forever. One person in front of me and I've been sitting in the line for 10 minutes, just for a coffee.

Being allergic to beef and pork, I keep close track of where I can get breakfast. Thanks for the Chipotle chicken ciabatta.

The food was good, but I was really disappointed by the cleanliness of the self-serve soda machine. There was a clear ant infestation—several ants were crawling around the spouts where the soda comes out. I brought it to the staff’s attention, and someone just came over and wiped off a few ants. That was it.
I was shocked that they didn’t shut it down or take it more seriously. Other customers continued using the machine, likely unaware that ants were crawling near (or into) their drinks.
As a server myself, I know this kind of issue usually comes from not regularly cleaning or sanitizing the soda machine. It’s a major health concern, and I really hope the management addresses it properly.

6:25pm on a Wednesday and they're out of baguettes. But there's a whole rack in the back full of them. Look at my pictures. Bagels were totally out.

Panera was out of character tonight. The restaurant was dirty and the food was bland. The barbecue chicken sandwich was mainly bread. The floor of the restaurant was scattered with the refuse of the day. I’m not impressed.

Downgraded to 4*. Just ate there and there were several small errors in our order/service. They corrected all of them after we brought them to their attention.
