We ordered a 9 piece meal with 2 sides and biscuits….. the chicken was so bad we couldn’t eat it…. Looked like someone didn’t know how to batter it and while we were waiting on our order…. 3 employees came outside and got into a car to get high!!!!!!!! Now I’m not the smartest person in the world but maybe that’s why they are burning up the food…. I’m very upset and don’t know if I’ll eat there again

Order taken quickly. Very busy. Chicken was hot, fresh, and tasty.

Management is terrible, & the night crew is lazy and extremely rude. Every time I pick an order up they have some sort of “problem.” 0/10 recommend and if I could give this establishment negative stars I would. Restaurant is a complete joke.

The customer service here is terrible. The lady didn’t let me finish my order and didn’t give me my drink that I was charged for. I wouldn’t recommend this Popeyes at all. It’s a bunch of lazy kids working there

They never have wings. And told me the other day to come back through the drive through in 15 minutes. This place has been horrible since it opened!

Extremely rude staff and they never fail to be out of something. I have never had a good experience here anytime I’ve come.

This is my 3rd time trying this location. The first time wasn’t terrible, but the food just didn’t seem fresh. And when I ordered they seem to not have anything I requested available. The 2nd time I witnessed a woman working the counter, be rude to just about everyone trying to place their order. She may have been a manager, but can’t say for sure. All while customers were having to come back in because their orders were wrong. Tonight I placed on order and paid through the Popeyes app at 10:25pm because it says this location closed at 1:00am. Arrived at 10:30pm to find that the doors were locked. A young lady that worked there came to the door and said “we’re closed!” I explained that I had already ordered and paid for my food because they are supposed to be open for 2 1/2 more hours. She said there are only kids here and no adults are working. What does that even mean? This location has a management problem. And employees that are just not very happy people. If they will treat you bad to your face, how are they handling the food they serve?? I’ve been to many other Popeyes locations where the food is fresh and you are greeted with a smile and a great attitude. So, because I know it can be done better, this location falls well short of the mark. And the sad part is, they will probably do nothing to improve. Just doesn’t feel like they care about the customer or how they are viewed.

I usually go out on my way to patronize this particular Popeyes because usually their service is top notch. However today Sunday afternoon I went there with my family hoping to get a great meal on a Sunday afternoon. However time I walked in the door I was stopped by the manager. She stated rudely that the inside was to closed customers. I had an online order and an in-store order I was going to place. I was greeted with the nastiest attitude ever. Top that off my food was uncooked and my order was all wrong. I tried to explain it to the young lady who brought our food out after we went to drive through and waited about 20 minutes and she said there's nothing we can do, turns around looks at me, rolls her eyes and left. Time and money wasted. The chicken sandwiches were uncooked the buns were not toasted and the chicken wings were unappetizing and prepared the wrong way.

You know I always wonder why Popeyes never has a line like Chick-fil-A. Popeyes food in my opinion is better than Chick-fil-A, but Popeyes service is a one star F rating.

Service is extremely slow, four orders, about six people on line and you have to wait 15 mins to put your order in. Manger is no where to be found

Ordered pick up at 6:04. People coming out with food. It’s 6:47 and my order was missing food. Worst wait time ever.

All of our food was COLD, even the fried pickles, we also had 2 sandwiches that they had me find a parking space for (they ran it out within 30 seconds though) Apathetic staff, any simple request is sighed at. Quality and service are terrible. I love Popeyes, but this kind of service kills businesses

Consistently poor experience. They frequently struggle with payments, often insisting on exact change or citing 'machine issues.' Communication at the drive-thru is lacking—they rarely mention out-of-stock items until you've already ordered. To top it off, the staff acts like basic requests are an inconvenience, and even when they agree to a modification, the order is almost always wrong.

Last 2x the customer service wasn't very good. Also, only took exact amount in cash! No credit cards, or, change could be given? Weird! Also, because of this issue, after you pull up to place order, if you dont have exact cash amount, you cant back out of line. This lead to a pissed off customer behind me screeching out by my vehicle barely missing it. Very dangerous.
