QDOBA Mexican Eats

The Shiloh location is always out of something, today was no chicken so we left. The place is dirty, service abysmal. Sadly it is almost funny to see the containers of toppings, its all mixed up with things around it. It's almost like they see how many containers they can drop stuff into. I like their food, wish there was another one near us or management would straighten this one out.

Unfortunately a very rude associate. I will not be back at this location. My daughter was eager for Qdoba, we asked for a straw and the associate explained why they don’t have any (it’s an open lid cup). She was very rude and spoke to us like we were stupid for asking. Some people still would like and prefer a straw. Being kind and respectful makes a huge difference. Also the head of the lettuce as in her rice bowl.

The food offering is good. The facility, however, is very dirty every time I go there. The tables, walls, and especially the floor and mats are incredibly dirty. The staff are efficient, but could use coaching on customer service and creating an upbeat atmosphere.

They have roaches.. I saw roaches crawling over the food on the glass. -1000 do not recommend. It’s a very nasty place need to be closed down for cleaning

Did Uber eats an hour before close. They went rouge on my order - no guac, added queso, and skimped on every ingredient.

Honestly I don't know why I keep coming back. They are always out of something and the customer service is terrible. The girl who was working the register is short and rude and makes you feel like you're bothering her just checking out.

Out of everything. No beans, no lettuce, no unsweetened tea. Tables dirty. Rude staff. Felt obligated to spend $15 on some meat & cheese, and a water cup since they had no unsweet as they didn’t let customers know ahead of they were out of 1/2 of their options before building your bowl. Wasn’t even like it was busy, staff stood around on their phones instead of cleaning/restocking

Undercooked, crunchy, inedible rice on four different burritos. An absolute waste of money

This the ghetto Qdoba. It smells like weed. The area is awful. The food is never fresh and they act like every scoop of food is coming out of their pocket. I've never had good service here but it's close to my house. Last time there was no one in the store and the manager made me wait until she temp checked and weighed ALL of the items. Kinda poor management if you ask me.
