Food is good, can not complain because I made it. Now the food was warm not hot so not impressed by that. Before anyone suggests it was taken out probably got cold driving home. Nope only 2.2 miles from restaurant

I wish I could give zero stars, the customer service at this location is terrible. I ordered for my staff arrived at the designated time and was informed one of my orders was ready while the other one was. I was give both orders only to find that one wasn't mine. I called to inform them I had the wrong order and they literally hung up on me. When I arrived back at the location I was met with "you are here to pick up that order." I waited another 30 min, while they made other customers food. I finally get my order and who I believe to be the manager surfaced to ask for the incorrect order. No apology, not even water while you wait. Horrible place, find another location.

Not a great location. I’ve been here a lot. They’re usually out of something. They rarely have tea. Them having napkins or lids is a gamble. Tough to find a clean table. Always messy or dirty. Service is tough. Food is made sloppy. Bathroom paper towel dispenser puts out a 1 inch paper towel. But then again, I’ve never had a problem with the food I end up getting.

I have noticed this restaurant fluctuates between good, and just ok, depending on staff. Currently, the staff is pretty solid, The food is generally consistently good as well. My only down star is that the tables are generally not cleaned and I have to clean them myself.

I ordered from DoorDash and not only did they give the driver the completely wrong order, but it had short black hairs in it. I could not finish it. The burrito was not even close to what I ordered. It was inedible!

It seems everytime I go to this location I am continuously disappointed. This recent one takes the cake. The lady in front of us ordered 3 tacos. Nope they are out and would have to make more. The girl making the food, her hair was pretty much unruly and looked as it would fall into the food at any time. The food line was a disaster. Like more then oh we had a rush- like they didn't put new containers in, and just piled stuff on top. She called for more queso and instead of changing to a new bucket- they put it into the old one that had burned on queso. I got a steak burrito and the others got chicken stuff. All of our meat seemed overdone and that they had been sitting way too long. They had like nothing on the secondary side (cheese, Pico, sour cream etc) the girl dropped the sour cream into the some grated looking cheese. Instead of wiping it she still used it so I got a big clump of whatever it was in my burrito and I could taste it. All in all I think I'm done with this location.

This was by far the worst QDOBA experience I’ve ever had. I did an online order and they told me they were not prioritizing online orders so I had to wait. Why would I have to wait if my order is due already?? I’m a customer just like everyone that is there. The least they can do is start working on the order when I arrive. I had to wait 20 minutes past the due time of my order. Despite them saying they were “working on it” 10 minutes ago. The manager needs to train his employees to provide better customer service.

I ordered from this restaurant earlier today through Grubhub. Normally, I LOVE QDOBA. However, the chicken for my nachos was burnt. It wasn't just one or two small pieces, it was a lot. The pieces were so burnt it seemed as though someone scraped the burnt pieces from the grill and added them to my meal. This made the nachos inedible.
Very disappointed.

The employees here were great. We got excellent service, but the food was a problem. The steak tasted overcooked and unseasoned. The chicken was also not as good as it has tasted in the past. Again, our service was great but the food was lacking unfortunately.
