Starbucks used to be place known for its premium coffee and warm, cosy atmosphere, now it is s parlor for kids hangout and over priced mediocre coffee where most people come for frapuccinos.What a shame.

I came to get 2 drinks and was in line for over 25 minutes. The line only had around 3, maybe 4 people in front of me. At least 3-4 people were working; there's no way it should've taken as long as it did. I've worked at many different food/fast food places and I know they could've gotten all of us out of there a lot more quickly than they did.

Super efficient staff and baristas!! ☕☕ The perfect location to grab a signature coffee and or pastry before shopping. A fair variety of drinks besides coffee and ALL of their food items are scrumptious!! ?? If the line looks long, don't worry, it will move quickly!! A plus - the bathroom is right around the corner.

Worst starvucks I've ever been to! Can't ever order my drink how I want because they always out of important ingredients like coffee for Fraps, caramel, White mocha, whipped cream and cold foam. I never get my order right and they don't telk you until they are halfway through with your drink. I started going to O'Fallon one simply so I can get my drink with all the ingredients it's supposed to have. Won't go back to this one anymore.

Sat in the drive thru for 42 min for a coffee and tea. Absolutely the worst service. They should close the drive thru if they have no plans to make orders timely.

Young guy with the mini fro there tonight turned the lights out early and said they were closing as I walked in Target/Starbucks. Another barista who was friendly else came over and they turned lights back on. Ordered my drink and he makes it but doesn’t fill it up. Petty

Never staffed appropriately. Only go there if you have time to waste; your order, no matter how simple will take forever.
I went in for a door dash and waited an hour. They keep telling me the order will be out shortly. Just for them to tell me that they did not have the order in their system and did not know what to do about it.

This location is a joke. We sat & waited for 45 minutes for a MOBILE ORDER. Got 2/3 drinks after 20 minutes & waited another 25 for the 3rd drink. By the time that drink came out, the other 2 were melted. Dont bother asking for a refund because they were making people wait for that too.

Barista kid with messy black hair and an attitude kept picking his nose, handling money, cards and other people's orders. He grabbed my cup with fingers on the inside. I asked for a different cup and he had an attitude about it. Horrible customer service and terrifying hygiene. Also, he should remove his visor cap from the stack of coffee filters and wear it.
