We had a 9 hr travel and stopped here because we love TXRH. They said a 30 min wait which was long for us but we believed it was worth it. They closed the section with our table and we had to wait another 20 min. If they would have said 50 min, we would never had stayed. Still 4 hrs to drive! And the manager didn’t even apologize or know how to help his clients feel heard. Didn’t care!! Terrible management!!

We got the roqf kill and on the menu it says steak not hamburger. We got hamburger. Other then that everything else was great. We spent almost 16 dollars on hamburger. They need to change the détails on the menu for rond kilo to mans pour steak since it was hamburger

We came in with a large group knowing Texas Roadhouse doesn’t take reservations, but we were still hopeful for a smooth experience. Unfortunately, the hosting staff was a disappointment from start to finish. We were quoted a wait time of up to 1 hour and 15 minutes, but it ended up taking 1 hour and 40 minutes to be seated.
What made it worse was watching the hostess call every single person’s name ahead of us, only to finally send us a text instead, despite clearly knowing exactly who we were. It felt like our group was left sitting for those extra minutes for no reason. We also noticed a lack of experience in seating large parties. At one point, we saw a party of 4 seated at an 8-top with an adjoining table next to it, something that could have accommodated our group.
When we finally sat down, the dining area was uncomfortably cold, making it hard to relax and enjoy the meal. On the positive side, the food was consistent and good, just as you’d expect from Texas Roadhouse, and our server was incredible, attentive, kind, and made the two kids in our group celebrating birthdays feel extra special.
Overall, while the food and server were great, the hosting process, seating delays, and overly cold dining room made the experience less enjoyable than it should have been.
The food is very good, drinks have good flavor, everything is good, the only bad thing is that once they bring you your food you have 15 minutes to eat because they bring you the bill very quickly, you get that feeling that they are running you out, but it is not only in this establishment, I have eaten in many different ones and it is the same experience. I think the entire chain should change that.
