We came in with a large group knowing Texas Roadhouse doesn’t take reservations, but we were still hopeful for a smooth experience. Unfortunately, the hosting staff was a disappointment from start to finish. We were quoted a wait time of up to 1 hour and 15 minutes, but it ended up taking 1 hour and 40 minutes to be seated.
What made it worse was watching the hostess call every single person’s name ahead of us, only to finally send us a text instead, despite clearly knowing exactly who we were. It felt like our group was left sitting for those extra minutes for no reason. We also noticed a lack of experience in seating large parties. At one point, we saw a party of 4 seated at an 8-top with an adjoining table next to it, something that could have accommodated our group.
When we finally sat down, the dining area was uncomfortably cold, making it hard to relax and enjoy the meal. On the positive side, the food was consistent and good, just as you’d expect from Texas Roadhouse, and our server was incredible, attentive, kind, and made the two kids in our group celebrating birthdays feel extra special.
Overall, while the food and server were great, the hosting process, seating delays, and overly cold dining room made the experience less enjoyable than it should have been.

The food is very good, drinks have good flavor, everything is good, the only bad thing is that once they bring you your food you have 15 minutes to eat because they bring you the bill very quickly, you get that feeling that they are running you out, but it is not only in this establishment, I have eaten in many different ones and it is the same experience. I think the entire chain should change that.

Ordered carryout on the app. It worked out well. Rolls were fresh, and steak was on point for a 20 min ride home. What more could you ask for? Other than to have peanuts thrown on the floor like the old days.
We don’t always have trouble with this place, but tonight was terrible. We asked for a table for 4 with a high chair when we joined the waitlist. We get in there and all the workers start whispering about us and giving us dirty looks. Hostess walks us to our table and doesn’t say a single word to us. The server was nice but he barely came to our table. But they didn’t give us a high chair so we asked for one (again) and they said that where we were sitting there couldn’t be a high chair put there. He said we could move to a different table but we had already been waiting over an hour to get a table. Obviously we didn’t want to have to wait any longer. So it forced my friend to hold her toddler the whole time. On top of that, we didn’t even get rolls until we had been sitting there for 30 minutes and had to ask for them. Then, it took over an hour to get our food. And we watched 3 tables around us get sat after us and get their food before us. Then we had to wait like 30 minutes after we were all done eating for the waiter to come over and give us our boxes so we could leave. We arrived at 6 and didn’t leave until after 9… It was just a horrible experience overall. Very disappointed.

Hayden was absolutely phenomenal! He went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Our drinks stayed full, and new was brought at half a glass. Bread was brought immediately. Our food was prepared in a super timely manner, and the flavor was abundant. Our steaks were juicy, tend, and cooked to perfection. My long island iced tea was the best I've ever had. No complaints, will definitely be coming back to this place and requesting Cayden. If I could give 10 stars, it was deserved!

We sat at the bar since there were just two of us and the place was packed. Every staff member we had experience with was pleasant and friendly. The bartender was absolutely amazing!!!! She went above and beyond to take care of every patron sitting there and her coworkers. I think her name was Brianna. Kudos th them for having excellent service staff!!
