Staff is always so friendly and very welcoming! Every time I go they are always smiling and ready to help. Thanks to a recommendation from an employee my current go to is their Mango Tango Tea. My mom’s is their matcha tea. Always so refreshing and tastes amazing. My new go to spot in Shorewood especially when Im craving a refreshing tea. Can’t wait to go back and try their watermelon one next.

Went with a friend to try their Ombré Latte and was so excited! Got my order and noticed the milk layer was a little chunky and I politely asked them if they could remake it because it appears the milk was bad, and the pink hair woman helping me rolled her eyes at me and said it was perfectly normal and if I didn’t like it that it was my fault for not reading the menu well enough. I asked for a manager, and she said that she was the manager……… I’m not sure if I believe her but I decided that getting upset over an overpriced frufru drink wasn’t worth it and cut my losses. Don’t go here unless you like chunky gross milk in your drinks

Wanted to try the milk tea boba drink and when I walked in, it took the pink haired lady a couple of minutes to acknowledge my presence, and when she finally did she was very short and snippy with me for no reason, as if I was bothering her. My drink was fine but I don’t think I’ll be back, unless the pink-haired lady learns some customer service skills. Very disappointed

Never coming back. Ordered my drink. They made it and set it down behind the counter and made everyone else drink after me. Stared at my drink for 5 minutes before having to say something to get my drink. So annoying 😑 ditsy girls not paying any attention
