The place looks dirty. The cashier bad attitude, at different times either one cashier or another, they are rude. The bread is tasty, but expensive. I never go back.
I love this panadería. The conchitas are the best.
Great cookies! Pleasant owners. Went back the next day.
Best bakery around . Good selection . Wish they had churros all the time lol . If you want the good stuff , getting there early before they run out is a must! One of the cashiers isn’t the friendliest . A bit rude and not very personable.
Good bakery. Selection was ok but there at noon. Not really paid attention to by counter she was busy speaking to someone who came in after me. Didn’t greet and when paying no acknowledgement. But I did like the cheesecake cup, and cheese stuffed bread. About average price wise for west side. Will go back and see if more items there next time and if service is more friendly and greeted and not ignored.

The bread is delicious! But the customer service is sometimes terrible. The cashier who helped me today, 12/11/24 in the morning, was very rude on the phone when trying to place my order. After he hung up the phone I went in person, when I asked to speak to the manager he changed his attitude and took my order without any problem. I told her she was rude and her response was that she has a lot of work and can't do everything alone. I told her that her shells are my favorites, and it's not because of her that I'm going to stop going to the bakery. Her response was: There's a reason they've been in business for 16 years. Implying that they do not need one more client.

Wow! I feel like we found a hidded gem!! We went to another bakery to get some goodies to add to our sweets table for a birthday party this weekend, finding literally nothing at that bakery, we did a quick "bakeries near me" search and ended up here. They had so much to choose from!! The prices were excellent and everything we got was absolutely delicious! I'm SO glad we found this place and will def be back.

Very homely place. The cashier is a humble woman who takes care of you as soon as you’re finished picking your pastries! Give it a chance! Great conchas and cookies.

Lady at the front desk is very rude, has a Fuchi face all the time, snatched the tray from me, acted like she was doing me a favor selling me the bread…
The cashier has a very nasty attitude, my little 6 years old wanted to help putting the tray away and she told her to leave it in a rude way! Then I asked her to separate my sweet bread from the ones are not sweet and she told me that I have to pay for my paper bags, and she said or you should bring your own bags ?really!!! Horrible customer service! I'm not coming back ⭐️
