We arrived and decided to go inside for ice cream instead of the drive thru. There were no customers inside and 3 workers behind the counter. We were not greeted and stood at the counter for several minutes. One of the employees just looked at us. It was a terrible experience and feeling. We live in this community and to be overlooked this way was beyond disappointing. We left without ordering and went to Coldstone Creamery. We were greeted immediately when we entered.

Well, I stood there for probably 7 or 8 minutes. Looking at different things. Waiting for someone to ask me if I needed any help. And several of the workers even looked at me, but no one asked me anything. Finally, I stood in front of the. Register for about another 3 or 4 minutes. Waiting for someone to give me service.And when everyone just kept walking past me, I finally just left. Never coming back to this store.

The workers at this place have no clue what so ever what's going on. I ask for cookie dough and chocolate and they give me vanilla and peanut butter chocolate. this is not ok my sister is allergic to peanuts and she could die in 5 minutes . My newborn cat is smarter than the everyone who works here. They talk about their customers in a rude way behind their backs. I recommend not going here. if I could rate it 0 stars I would.

Every single time I went to this location it was between 2 a.m. and 4 AM. A Hispanic gentleman has helped me every single time. This evening, however, I went to the drive-thru and was told by a Caucasian woman they are, "barely making those..." because, according to her, she did not have the time, material, Etc to create anything from the Baskin-Robbins portion of the business. I then asked the woman if she was closed. She stated that they were not closed only that the Dunkin' side could be sold right then. I am not slow and I try not to be disrespectful to employees of any business ever. When I frequented this location previously the nice Hispanic man would make what I wanted - it is obvious that I work strange hours. This time it was as if I was a bother for even pulling up to the drive thru. I do not like negative reviews and that is why they get a 5. I love Dinkin'/Baskin Robbins. It is American to the core. Hopefully the owner will fix it and allow all items to be sold in the drive thru anytime and train the employee not to make silly open ended - non finite remarks. (We're barely making that stuff..."). Thanks.

3 butter pecan sundaes, you cant go wrong at Dunkin / Baskin Robbins. Lobby closes at 10, but drive thru is open till 11.
Good chain but not in the best location as there are many other options adjacent.
