I don't normally leave reviews...however myself and my 2 sons came there on Saturday night and it was hands down the best food I have had at a Buffalo Wild Wings, in fact the best food I have had anywhere. I have one near my house that I have gone to for a while and it has terrible food. We got the bottomless apps and burgers and they were fantastic. Our server, cant remember his name, was also amazing. Will definitely go back here if I am in the area again.

One hour after I ordered my food it was not delivered. I was able to watch those around me (that arrived later) recieve their food in a timely manner which really made me feel uneasy. When i called my server Eboni about the situation she explained that it was unacceptable and she will notify the manager. Unfortunately when the Manager came to my table he explained that our server said we were being unruly. He then proceeded to transfer our check to the Bartender in which she was great however when it came down to the check they only gave us 12 dollars off not including my military discount that this place is known to give.
Will not be returning and I am sure with the rating as is, most do not unless they have a UFC fight.

Went there tonight with my partner, we ordered one app and 10pc wings to share, and hour later, still no wings…so we asked for our wings to go whenever they were finally ready… i politely asked if we could get a discount for the wings we waited for, the new manager Noah told us no, and that we should have been warned that there was a wait for food.. but we weren’t. We were seated and greeted immediately. Never warned about delays in the kitchen. I then simply asked if I could get a refund for the wings then, Noah proceeds to take my boxed up food off my table and walk away! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional in a customer service job. If a restaurant is at fault for something, they should do something to make it right. That’s just basic hospitality/customer service. I have never seen a manger of a restaurant act so rude and unprofessional before. Noah needs a new job pronto! Spent 37$ and left hungry! What a joke!

I always do order online and every other time something is wrong or missing. One time I got the 6 wings and fries bundle and got home to notice they forgot the fries??? Half the order??? To say I was mad is an understatement, and it’s too far to go back without my wings getting cold too. The sauces are always wrong or missing too, which is a very easy task to check off so I don’t know how hard that is. The food is good but cannot trust this place to get your order right which is horrible to me, especially when paying extra for missing or wrong things.

Dined in on 7/26/2025. I normally go to the bar and have been coming into the bar pretty faithfully to watch A main event I have been coming into the bar since last year normally was a good time and a great atmosphere until tonight. I walked in to be greeted at the door just fine once I got past that I was at the bar, but I had to dodge rain falling from the ceiling and there were bins that you collect dishes with all over the floor and tables. I come to watch the Clarissa Shields boxing match, which to my surprise was not on any of the televisions. I finally make it to the bar and sat down for several minutes not to be spoken to at all it was not busy at the bar, she never looked at me there were only two separate couples which had been served. I feel she purposely ignored me based on what I looked like ,so I got up from bar and let the staff know what had happened and I decided that I would just eat dinner and leave. This was not the bartender I had experienced in the past.I had no silverware to eat with only plastic cutlery, and as I waited for my food, the raindrops from the ceiling kept Continued to leak. The best thing about this was my waitress was very apologetic about everything that I experienced.Her name was Ebony I believe she had Ebby on her name tag nice young lady looked like she was about high school or first year college. I didn’t stay long cause I was rather irritated but at the same time I overheard my waitress saying that her last table was a nightmare so let’s say she ended the night with a $50 tip from me. Shout out to Ebby you go girl!! You saved face for Buffalo wild wings in Shorewood.

The hottest day of the year and these poor employees are without air conditioning. The bar was hot as heck but we had no other place to sit because there were dirty tables that hadn't been cleaned up. They were obviously understaffed. Most importantly, the conditions they had to work in. Fortunately, we were only there for an hour but it was uncomfortable. Cant imagine working there all day in that heat. Waitress told us air conditioning has been out for three weeks!!!
