I usually like it here. Left last night only to be dry heaving and throwing up all night due to obvious food poisoning. I called back and the manager said “no one else reported anything” making it seem like I’m crazy. All I asked was for my money back. I’ll be reporting to the city health department because the standards of their kitchen and crew isn’t up to par. Don’t blame your customers for food poisoning take responsibility and issue a refund. I probably would’ve given them another chance had they done that but they as a branch and company have lost my business for good.

When you ask for something they will give you something else which is I’m talking about the chef I asked for all done chicken cooked. He gave it to me raw. I threw $30 away in the garbage because they don’t even listen. Suck blaze.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I have been going here since it first opened and this place has drastically gone down hill. My bf and I ordered two chicken wraps with tots and fries. The chicken in the wrap was old and left out, they didn’t cover it in sauce and the ranch which is suppose to be in the wrap was not added. The fries and tots were both dry and cold like they had been left out for hours. Honestly McDonalds quality of food is better than this.

Food: Basically, we ordered food here on monday, march 4th at 3:10, and the wings were extremely terrible. The wings were extremely dry and disgustingService: The lady with glasses that worked on march 4th 3:10PM was extremely unorganized with our order and rushed us to get out of there.

Holly fk... I've eaten more wings than anyone I know... I've spent an entire year only eating wings breakfast lunch n dinner... what I can't explain is how this cook has not been arrested... the disgusting assault of vinegar in my mouth and on my taste buds... I've had cheaper better wings out of a truck stop... the assault on my mouth and stomach turning with each bite... those cooks shouldn't be allowed around vinegar... so disgusting and disappointing... how do you screw up something so good..... I'm calling the police... yall need stopped ✋️ ?

Overall consistent BWW experience with good food and attentive service. This location is usually surprisingly not too busy on Saturday nights and I’ve not had to wait for a table in multiple visits. Great set up for a sports bar with plenty of screens and staff willing to change the channel for you. Always the one BWW that shows the UFC pay per view fights out of all others in the area.

Brittani the manager is amazing! She is always on top of her game! She is friendly and does her job well. We go here because of her any issues she will handle it! You don't find character like she has very often! Great

Picked up carry our and was missing items when I got home. Went back and the cashier laughed and said it came out right after I left. So, it was cold and I asked for it to be made fresh. I was told it would be 20 more minutes, so I left with cold food. Service was not great.

Horrible! Our food came out before the apps. We got our fries at the end of our meal, waited 10 mins for silverware and we asked for water at the start and didn't get it till he brought the check. Will never go back.
