Terrible customer service. I was the only one waiting inside at the register to order and after 5 minutes I ended up just leaving. No one acknowledged me, no one said I'll be with you in a second, nothing. Drive thru orders were being taken and people were walking around, but no one said a word to me. Terrible customer service all around.

The parking lot is always clean , and the staff is super friendly. I usually pick up a burrito and fry after my college classes I don't ever go in , but there quick at getting your food out , burger King has definitely done some rearranging of there menu there foods alot better than I remember

First off. This place was literally colder inside the dining room. Than out side! Felt like it was not warmer than 50 degrees. Our food came out cold. Because restaurant was cold inside. We both ordered the B.K. melts. Guess what. The cheese wasn't melted on either sandwiches. Highly disappointed in both the food and staff. At this location. For what we paid for our meal. We definitely deserved better.

Waited 17 minutes as 2nd car in line at drive thru then no apology for the delay and our food was cold because they couldn't figure out to move the people waiting and care for the others waiting

This place has really outdone itself. Ordered a DoorDash order (a Whopper Jr. and a Classic Chicken sandwich with a side to split). Apparently, since simply rejecting the order they clearly didn’t want to fulfill wasn’t ostensibly an option, they instead sent me: two pairs of hamburger buns, a hamburger patty, a cut up chicken patty, and mozzarella fries. Nothing else. If you don’t want to fulfill the order then don’t. Please don’t send me a bag of random end-of-day garbage.

The manager was very very rude! I was having trouble understanding the app and it told me they couldn’t help me and it raised its voice at me and my elderly mother

1st nobody greeted me. 2nd it seemed like it was a problem with with trying to figure out what I wanted and how I wanted it. 3rd the worker in the back she did change her gloves with me. But she went in the back and thew some in the garbage and touched the garbage can and dint change her gloves. I will not attend that place again.
