Horrible services , disrespectful employees I was missing food from my order wasn’t given a receipt who ever answers the phone wanted to go back and forth. And I paid for food I didn’t receive and the employee who I was speaking too asked to me give a description of the person who checked me out and was being combative with me. I highly highly recommend no one goes here because of disrespectful service . We purchase food from these fast food places in order for them to be disrespectful toward us when they mess up. I will never support this Burger King again.

Do NOT go here! I went to get the new Krabby Bundle last night, December 16, 2025 and because the pie was out of stock and they said they couldn’t ring the bundle up AS the bundle, even with a chocolate pie substitution, and INSTEAD had to ring up everything individually, I was overcharged by two to three dollars from what it should have been. When I called back today and supposedly to spoke to a manager who said her name was Donna, she was EXTREMELY rude and talked over me, REFUSING to admit the mistake of her employee. DO NOT EAT THERE unless you want to be cheated and treated subhuman!

I used to come to this location when there was a different manager. Came there today because I had two bad experiences back to back. Instead of them reprimanding the employee I walked in because they forgot an item and they were talking crap about me. They were telling him that it’s better to just give The customer a replacement meal and say OK when there’s a complaint even if they don’t believe like the complaint is real or not. What you are doing is OK this guy‘s behavior. He’s very rude and disrespectful to the customers and act like he does not want to be there whenever he’s at work. The guy has a slicked back hairstyle with a mustache and wears glasses. I think he’s actually a shift manager, but I’m not sure at the end of the day. The point is to make sure that each and every customer has a satisfactory experience when I walk through the door and give it a customer cold food or purpose And then causing a issue behind it is not OK !!! I was told that the manager’s name was Donna and she was not there but when I walked into the restaurant, it looked like there was another manager there so I’m not sure if they were just saying that or not. That’s OK cause I will not be returning.

How is it you can’t get one, ONE sauce for your meal without charging someone. I could understand if I asked for multiples or didn’t order something like fries that people usually have a sauce or ketchup with. The guy in the window was rude and short both in tone and stature. It probably cost you more in credit card fees than it did for the .27 cents for the ONE sauce. Clearly you guys have sauce issues based on the full page of sauce regulations taped to your window. I understand charging for excessiveness but charging me for the singular sauce for my fries is just greedy BK.

Got there 20 minutes before closing and ordered a shake. They told me that shake machine was down for cleaning. The store doesn’t close until midnight so why are you cleaning the machine so early when people are still going to be placing orders?

I tried a BBQ brisket whopper. It had hamburger,barbecue sauce, crispy onions. But no brisket at all.
I thought okay I'll give you another chance so I went back again... Had the same thing the barbecue brisket Whopper. This time it was worse.. hardly any crispy onions no barbecue sauce, and nothing a piece of brisket. On BK's pictures of the brisket whopper there is plenty brisket.. That's twice I got snooker paid for it and never got it. I refuse to go back to this Whopper place it all in Shorewood. I hope they're all not that way

The food is great. I've never had any issues with the food itself. I recently went thru the drive thru and didn't get all my food. I didn't realize I was missing food until I got home. I know, I should of checked before driving away... I went back the next day to let them know and I received the missing food. I was disappointed in how the issue was resolved. I worked in retail and at large consumer corporations and when a customer was wronged, I went above and beyond to make sure they were happy. This burger king made no effort to make sure I came back...do better! Improve your customer service... Make sure people come back so your location doesn't close... If you claim the customer is treated like royalty, this location missed the memo!
