I have come here multiple times
The food is good and atmosphere is good
But everytime we are here at 11 they are closed and they open later than that and there’s couple cars waiting or leaving because they don’t open in time
It would be nice if they were a little more accurate and attentive.

We absolutely love Casa Maya. It is our go to. My favorite place to go for sangria, their house made sangria is fantastic. My go to dinner is their chicken soup and queso w/chips. My husband enjoys their chicken or steak maya bowls.
You can't get refills on drinks (pop) or chips and salsa...you have to pay more ..or if you like spicy or hot food...not going to happen there ...
Went with the family, very authentic and super friendly staff.

The steak tacos were fantastic. You gotta try their hot sauce if you like a little heat. I order steak tacos frequently and I know what a good steak taco was this place has them . Don’t forget the spicy margarita to go with it…. Toilet paper

I've come here a few times now and I always love everything about it. From when you first walk in the door, it is very clean and you are always greeted very quickly. The food is really good and the wait staff were very attentive and always checking on me to see if I needed anything else. We had a younger gentleman who was our server and he was very kind and attentive. The prices are not too bad and pretty standard rates for food in the area. (At least for what I typically pay for a family of 5 when we go out to eat.)

My wife and I dine here all the time. The food is delicious and of high quality! We’ve tried many of the dishes and they are all very flavorful, delicious, and upscale . The chicken soup is also excellent. The mole is superb, the bowl maya is fantastic, the Mexican steak dinner is great, and the shrimp a la diabala is also very good! This is by far the best Mexican restaurant around!

If it were possible to give a 0 rating I would. I went to this place because I didnt feel like driving to Habanero Mexican Fine Cuisine in Joliet and this restaurant is closer to where I live in Shorewood. This was a huge mistake. Highly disappointed. I should have opted to take the drive. 2 Steak Burrito dinners were $41.33 much more expensive then Habanaro's. The portions were minimal at best. The beans tasted scorched, the rice was not authentic, the Burrito itself had a small portion of steak in it and it was not seasoned. There was no taste. Next time if I don't feel like driving I'll just go to Chipotle it's in my neighborhood and their food is better then this place or I will just buy the ingredients and make it myslef I definitely could have did a better job and saved a ridiculous amount of money.

Tacos and tamales were good. Staff was friendly.
Food did not set well. No flavor sauce was too plain. Chips tasted old like they were cooked with old oil. It's not worth what I paid tacos simple. I make better tacos than this.

Delicious! We had the veggie fajita quesadilla, fajita burrito, chips & salsa (free!), and flan, and all the items were fabulous. Decor was very beautiful as well.
