Food awful! Worst we ever got from Chilis!... besides being cold the taste was different plus we got about 1/2 the pasta that we normally get ! Delivery guy was nice. He forgot pop in car but he did bring them back. We might try going inside again but no more delivery ever!

My friends and I came in to get some drinks and when my friend was getting her ID checked she was refused by Joe because her ID had a slight bend in it, despite being fully in tact and fully scannable. It would have ruined our night but our server Anna made sure that we still had a good time regardless.

joe was extremely disrespectful when my friend who is 25 tried to order a drink, her ID had the smallest line across the ID (not covering the barcode) and said “thats damaged I cannot take it” and walked away. Our server Anna tried to make our experience the best she could regardless. As a manager if you are going to deny someone there is a way to be respectful about it and he was VERY disrespectful and had a horrible attitude towards paying customers. Would rather go to another chillis with a kind manager.

Food was good, service on other hand was very disappointing. Went with a couple buddies, and tipped plenty, only for them to come up to our table and hassle us over skipping the survey on service. Saying we could get them in trouble for “falsely” filling out the survey. How could WE falsely fill out a survey, when we skipped it in the first place? Who cares in the first place? We payed for our food, and had no issues with the server. Horrible customer service, not only that, they tried to falsely charge me for food I never got.

I got the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and it was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had had. My friend, though, got the chicken tenders and they were so tough. Had to use two hands to bite through it. Otherwise everything was delicious and clean.

Customer service was outstanding, and exactly what was expected. My family and I were so pleased with Chili's service.

Our waitress Lisa went above and beyond to make sure we were taken cared of. She always made sure all of our drinks were full and never forgot about us. She is a hardworker and definitely deserves a shout out on this review.

Her personality is awesome which is always great to see.

My family and I highly recommend this place not only for the food but for the service as well.

Ask for Lisa to be your waitress so you can experience the great customer service she provides!!

Penny, Dominique, and the rest of the staff saved my son’s 18th birthday dinner and I am so very grateful to them. They went above and beyond to fix a horrible delivery from DoorDash that was delivered to the wrong address. Thank you so very much! My son enjoyed his dinner and was extremely appreciative. You guys are the absolute best!

First Time ever trying Chili’s and I was not let down! I had the Nashville Mozzarella Sticks & Nashville Tenders with Loaded mash potatoes, very good and tasty. Fast Service, Clean Restaurant and friendly Waiters. Will be coming back soon keep up the good work!
