ice cream was completely melted when served. for $9 for one scoop, not worth.

Service was was not there. Walked in to place my order, there was no line but still took about 5-10 minutes to be acknowledged. Placed my order and while waiting for it around 7 other customers ordered and got their ice cream. I was left standing in an empty line with no acknowledgement and had to ask about my order only to find out my order was forgotten about and had to place it once again. Employees did not care about the issue.This was my first and now last time coming to Cold Stone.

cancels orders 30 minutes before closing. Why? you’re open until 10. No reason you can’t take an online order at 9:30

Very poor help, rude and pushy lady in her 50’s. Didn’t even fill the cup up. They next person in line got the same thing but got dibble the ice cream. Very expensive.

Ice cream was good but floors and tables very sticky. Baby changing table would be awesome for families. Staff fast and qualified.

The two girl working there are very slow they only talk it took them 25 minutes to make a my like it ice cream don’t come here unless you want to waste your time

To the sweet girl I spoke to on the phone tonight who I asked if they still had the Halloween ice cream, I hope you see this. You have no idea how much of an impact you made, I have been dealing with horrible depression the past month which made it impossible for me to do anything for my favorite holiday, Halloween.. your decision to write this simple note on my ice cream lid allowed me to experience a little bit of the Halloween joy I did not get to feel this year. You have no idea how much I needed that and I thank you so much for being a kind hearted person. The world needs more people like you. I hope you have a wonderful life and continue to impact people’s lifes the way you’ve impacted mine, as small as it may seem to most that little note meant more to me than you could ever know. ❤️

I have frequented this store for years,
Cold Stone has turned into a Chipotle, less ice cream and higher pricing! $10 bucks for the founders favorite, love it (med) size with ice cream at cup level! Employee actually scraped off the top and threw the extra ice cream away...wasteful. Manager was present and told me this how she was taught. Won't be going back.

Male made our ice cream and we normally love the experience and ice cream at the Romeoville/ Plainfield location. Servers did not greet, did not mix ice cream correctly. Did not ask about toppings and tried to rush the order. Not pleased at all.
