Food was good but my guests said the kitchen staff was rude. My guests informed me that we ran out of appetizers after only 10 minutes of hall way event time. They asked the staff for more. The staff said they didn't have any. I dont know how we ran out when we paid for 87 people and only 45 showed up. The venue they partner with was less than satisfactory (bird haven green house). Kim was a 10/10 she was trying her best but we were not happy. The food was good but we paid a lot of money and it was not worth it.

I just used them for a special event in Oswego. Not only was their food and service great but their prices are very reasonable. They offer a wide variety. I had a Resturaunt owner and a chef as quests and they were impressed. I also got their bartending package which was also great! Thank you for making our day special! I have also already secured them for another event next week!

I used the Cutting Edge for a small party of 20-25 people . Food was excellent and delivery was right on-time. I would use them again.

We chose Cutting Edge Catering for our wedding at Warehouse 109, and could not have been happier with the experience from start to finish. Chad and team were extremely professional and responsive, every step of the way...and mind you, we were married during COVID meaning we cancelled and rescheduled more than once. Chad's responsiveness, helpfulness, thoughtfulness and attention to detail throughout the entire process was so reassuring during such a stressful and uncertain time. When the day of our wedding came, our expectations were exceeded with CEC's helpfulness in getting things set up despite us having a day of coordinator back out last minute, plus their ability to handle our full capacity venue with plated, hot, delicious dual-entrée meals as well as fabulous appetizers. Recommend CEC to the fullest and will be booking them again in the future.

I had to write a review for an amazing company! We had our wedding at the Barber and Oberwortmann Horticultural Center and the entire process was easy!! Chad was my main contact and he was awesome. We were in contact for a year and as all Brides know, planning a wedding is stressful but once the venue was booked Chad helped me with everything and booking and planning every detail was so easy with him. He was extremely organized and knew every detail about the venue. He answered every email very fast and went over everything in-depth! The horticultural center is beautiful inside and I highly recommend booking your event there! The food tasting was incredible, I feel there is a stamina behind ‘wedding food’ but with cutting edge catering the food was AMAZING!!! the chicken Napa valley was so good people were asking if they could buy it any day and the sides were all so good, I wish I could eat it all over again!!! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!! Kim & Jenny were two of our servers that night and I can rave about them all day, absolutely amazing and helped me with every single thing I needed! I will FOR SURE be using them again for my next event and you must use them for your wedding!!! CHEERS to a job WELL DONE Cutting Edge, I am one happy bride ??‍♀️❤️I attached photos from our Taste test and the food and organization there was even above and beyond!!!

Had our wedding with Cutting Edge on November 1st and we’re blown away. The food was a hit but the service exceeded all expectations! All of the service of both tables and the bar was amazing and the people were so kind and helpful. Chad was awesome to work with and made the process so flawless!

Cutting Edge catered our 40th High School Class Reunion last night. It was the best catered food I’ve ever had!

We hired Cutting Edge catering to cater our wedding in April of 2019. My husband and I were slightly cautious after reading a few negative reviews, but we have been in the 'people-pleasing' business before and know that there will always be people who are unhappy with service. After meeting Chad and having our tasting, we were happy to choose Cutting Edge for our catering. Not only did Cutting Edge have a great variety of food options that were all delicious, they also went above and beyond helping with many of the small details for us and they assisted with setup and tear down. They helped eliminate all the extra worry of how things were going to flow and get organized in time for the reception to begin. Chad was very patient with us as we navigated our way around planning a wedding. He was very quick and to the point at responding to our e-mails. His invoices were very informative, as they were broken down for each separate cost. The staff that we had at our wedding were also very helpful and friendly! We would highly recommend!

Chad put together a great event. The food was delicious and I did not have to worry about any of the setup. The catering team took care of all the decorations I brought. Everything looked beautiful. I would recommend using CEC for any events. My friend loved the food so much she used them for her granddaughter's bridal shower.

Everything was great from start to finish! Ordering was super easy and confirmed in writing. Pricing is spectacular. Cuisine such as the chicken Parm is prepared rather southern Italian, if that matters to you northern Italians out there. We are northern Italians and still loved it!
