Consistently never stir the sugar in the coffee. Every time I go, I end up drinking bitter coffee with a ton of sugar at the bottom. Lazy/distracted workers.

This store has ruined my orders three times in a row. They do not know how to steam milk properly for lattes. The first time, my order was missing an item. The second time, the latte was not steamed enough, tasted gross, and made me sick. The third time, they got the drink right. They gave me the bag with the correct receipt, but the items in the bag weren’t what I ordered. The items I ordered were missing completely. I am not ordering from this Dunkin again!

Horrible management asked for easy ice on my and my dad's latte due to having cold sensitivity on our teeth. They out right refused to do so. And employees were told by the manager to never give easy ice The manager also gave us a hard time about it I've never experienced this issue only at this dunkin multiple times. 3rd time was the last straw never going here again

Long story short horrible customer service.... They messed up my order Then got upset and were rude to me over it. I called corporate because I was so upset over their horrible customer service. Corporate said oh we're so sorry for that and started to say what they were going to do for me. I was waiting for her to finish talking and was going to say I don't want anything I just wanted you to be aware of the situation at this location...But I didn't get to do that because they hung up on me. So I not only got bad customer service from the Shorewood Branch but also bad customer service from the customer service at corporate pretty sad that's okay alright.I'm sure Starbucks will be happy to get my money from now on.

Every time I come here it it feels like people are just pissed off, if you use delivery apps at this location 9 times out of 10 they won’t read your order correctly if you made changes to anything on their menu. (Example being: changing sandwich from bacon to sausage)I don’t review places till they deserve it, negatively or positively; but todays completely burnt sandwich was inedible, past the slightly charred point. And this has happened multiple times before.

I asked for a $2 ice coffee medium and the lady tells me $3.89 I said I see it has $2 for ice coffee then someone else bopson and says don't talk to my employee like that I did not say anything wrong I just asked for a $2 medium coffee ice coffee they are very nasty there shame on them and their dirty windows so can you imagine how dirty it is inside I would avoid this Dunkin' Donuts Shame on them. This is not a way to talk to a customer and a customer pays your salary.
