Terrible customer service. I walked in and 5 people looked right at me and not one person acknowledged me until 8 minutes later. Go to the Brook Forest location much better service and everyone is friendly and attentive there

I have been there four times in the last week every order is been wrong. Ask for a chocolate donut got a bagel inside. I don't know how you mess up a black coffee only but they did. The whole place is ran by teenager. Worst Dunkin

I asked for a $2 ice coffee medium and the lady tells me $3.89 I said I see it has $2 for ice coffee then someone else bopson and says don't talk to my employee like that I did not say anything wrong I just asked for a $2 medium coffee ice coffee they are very nasty there shame on them and their dirty windows so can you imagine how dirty it is inside I would avoid this Dunkin' Donuts Shame on them. This is not a way to talk to a customer and a customer pays your salary.

If I could I would give no stars. This location is the worse one I go to. The dunkin on 59 and the one in bolingbrook are great and will not run out if decaffeinated coffee on Monday. Upset.

My order was wrong asked for CHEDDAR cheese and got America. Not sure if the employees know the difference between the two. Cheddar is white and American is yellow.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Unfortunately it's the nearest one to our house but if you have the time to drive a few minutes extra I would either go to minooka or the other Dunkin in shorewood. They have too many times to keep track of at this point messed up my simple coffee with cream orders. Half the time you bring it back they just dump it and use the same cup. Coffee is always burnt or bitter. There have been a couple occasions where I've gotten spoiled cream in my coffee as well. We have stopped going here.
The donut taste is what you would expect, but the size of the donuts get smaller every time I go and the price doesn't change. I have small hands and the donut is not even the size of my palm.

Fast and accurate. They always get my order correct and even when the line is long at least it's always moving. The prices are high, but I know the store itself doesn't set those so I can't fault them for that. My go-to Dunkin location.
