Our favorite local DD we go here almost everyday day and our coffee has been perfect almost every time and the few times it wasn’t they fixed it right away

I never leave reviews but they practically had my coffee made 5 seconds after I paid. The service is great here and you’ll get your order super fast.

Made correctl, no hidden fees!
Something about Dunkin and their hot coffee. It’s almost always watered down. It’s either because they don’t know how to brew or management is saving money by putting less coffee grounds and hoping we don’t notice. Either way, pass on this Dunkin

I’ll admit service is bare minimum. HOWEVER there is one specific employee that is fantastic. She’s probably in her 20’s - fair skinned, dark hair with maybe a reddish tint, and wears glasses. I normally go during the week around 9am and Sunday mornings. She is so friendly and when she isn’t working the window I see her making drinks, the drinks made by her are always the best. Other than this employee (who I wish I knew the name of to give her direct credit) this location is a typical DD.
I go to Greek islands in lombard this place is the next place to go if your you don't want to drive far because the food was just as good but with more portion for your money I will definitely RETURN

I come to this Dunkin all the time and I always get half a dozen with coffee rolls and they charge $0.30 for each I add. But today the man inside had an attitude and said “we can’t do that”….like you’ve done it many times before and he had an attitude so I left and went to drive thru and asked to lady and guess what? She said “yes we can’t do it for a $0.30 up charge”. I work as a barista too so we are trained to not give attitude to customers. If you are upset about something don’t give me the customer an attitude. Don’t come to work with that energy and act like that!

I gone here a few times and the service is sub par but on the door it says they are open until 11pm both times it was before 10pm and the doors are locked. If your door hours say 11 then you should be open till then or post different hours!!!!

Excellent service at this Dunkin’. The staff always move quickly and are very polite. We forgot an item when ordering, but by the time we reached the window the manager handled it right away and said no problem. It was my wife’s first visit and we left very satisfied. We look forward to coming back. Bonus points for being open late, which is very convenient.

This place charges almost 2 dollars more for their lattes!! Rather drive down the street and support the fair businesses.
If you plan on ordering through DoorDash or delivery service from this location, I would call ahead and make sure they have the items. There have been numerous times I have ordered something (1 item in particular, a blueberry muffin) and instead of a courtesy phone call to let me know they didn’t have it, They just put another random item in its place. Today they just decided to sub it with 2 not so fresh glazed donuts. If I had wanted that, I would’ve ordered it. The proper solution if you don’t have something would be to send the refund for the item or even offer an item of similar value, but take the moment to ask first. You don’t know if someone has a food allergy, if you’re sending something that they absolutely don’t like or can’t eat…. This is absolutely not about getting free stuff. I just want what I paid for or its value. I tried to call five times and not a single answer. I understand that it’s 9 o’clock at night and Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t have many fresh items at the time, but to have it on your menu and it consistently not be available is crazy. Maybe consider taking it off your menu after a certain time so that customers are not repeatedly disappointed and aggravated. And the random bait and switch without a heads up is also disrespectful.
