Visited via drive thru. Ordered a small green ice tea which was $3.97. I counted out the change and gave the attendant the exact amount. She dropped it. Then she says you owe me 57 cents. I stop here often and I would have picked the change up but there were several cars behind me and I was in an SUV which meant I would have to pull over and get out of the car. I thought the young lady could have said you're good but she demanded I give her the change she dropped. Probably my last time using this facility.

All I will say is be alert, owner was taking out the trash , hands touching trash and trash can , proceeded to take our order take our payment and went on to grab a cone for our order. I had to ask him to wash his hands because i watched him touching the trash right before helping us. He wasn’t too pleased but id rather have him be grumpy than ingest any bacteria from trash because of his lack of food handling hygiene.

Overpriced!!!!! I normally got a medium cappuccino blast mocha for $7.04 at the one in Plainfield. This time I’m out this way and bought it at their location. They charged me $8.91. That’s a ripoff . Don’t come here, go to the one in Plainfield. People are more honest there.
We stop in the dunkin on the way to school when we have time. We always go in and the girl at the register is always so sweet. My 8 year old takes a while to choose his donut and she is super patient!

Ok, small thing, but very awesome. My wife placed a mobile order, and I went to pick it up. Upon arrival I gave the name and the nice lady grabbed my 2 drinks. But before handing me my wife’s. She took a minute to grab my wife’s drink and pour the cold foam in my wife ordered. They waited till I arrived to pick up my mobile order to pour the cold foam in. I’ve never seen that before. Such a small thing, but that is great service. That’s not being lazy and taking an extra minute to make sure the customer enjoys their morning coffee perfectly. Great job Dunkin!

This Dunkin is the best Dunkin I have ever been to! They are so friendly, always makes the drinks perfect, and are never inconsistent! Today, they really made my morning special. Thanks for all you do ☺️

Do not wast your time going here! I’ve been here multiple times, just trying to give them the benefit of the doubt cause they might of been short handed or something, but each time the order has been wrong. I called each time to let them know it’s wrong, you get the same old song and dance. There are other Dunkin’s in the area to go to and get proper service. DO BETTER Shorewood!
