This place should be closed down. All of our food was inedible and smelled rotten. The egg roll was soggy and had a gritty taste and smelled really bad. Even the plain lo mein had a really strong odor and wasn't edible. My husband got Mongolian beef and it had no flavor, the meat was chewy and it also smelled really bad. We aren't even sure that was Mongolian beef, it was just gross meat in gravy. The sweet and sour chicken was by far the worst. We were basically served huge clumps of (heavily breaded) dry chicken that were stuck together. The moment I smelled it, I knew it was rotten chicken. The crab Rangoon was probably the best tasting thing, but ironically had nothing in them. My husband and I are pretty sure we are going to get sick from the few bites we did try to eat before tossing it. This was $50 that went into the trash ?.

The owner is very nice and goes above and beyond for her customers. The food is fresh, hot and delicious. The portion size is quite large. My friend is a vegetarian and also has celiac and the owner made a dish to work with her dietary restrictions. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be back!

Rice was crunchy and flavorless. Literally ate 2 bites and i am throwing the entire container away. The Mongolian beef was just water, grease and onions. Egg rolls only had cabbage in them. I spent $50 and literally am throwing the entire meal away because it's that disgusting. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.....

The worst Chinese food I've ever had. If your family can't even enjoy the White Rice you know it's bad.

This has to be intentional. I don't know who would send food to a person in this condition unless they were trying to play a sick joke. Very unprofessional. They also forgot food in my order.

I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl getting the rolled icecream. It’s been over a decade now and everything from the people to the food is great. The family is the sweetest people and anyone who thinks differently makes me think they’re a rude person themselves!! Even when they’re swamped with customers they will make sure each individual order meets standards and they always have a smile. I’ve seen the daughter around the restaurant since she was little little and now she’s getting older which is the amazing part about local family owned business. I would highly recommend everyone to try this place out!!

Been a customer for years. Ordered the special combo, but only said special, so no egg rolls were delivered. Talked to manager and he refused to credit or make it right. Plenty of other restaurants that will get the order right or make the customer happy when they fail. This place is not one of them. Sorry to say, I will not be a repeat customer.

Been a loyal customer for years. Not now. They forgot to deliver the egg rolls for the special combo and said it was my fault because I said special, not special combo. Really? Manager, if he really was one, refused to make it right or admit fault. There are plenty of other restaurants that will get your order right or take care of you when they fail. This is not one of them. I told them I would not order from them again. He was not concerned. Poor customer service. The food us not good enough to excuse this.

This was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. We had sweet & sour chicken, zero pineapple or green pepper in the cold glob of sauce, I had to heat it. The chicken was old and odd little pieces of chicken heavily breaded. We had chicken fried rice, there was unidentifiable pieces of white stuff that was supposed to be chicken, it was mushy & had zero flavor, the texture wasn’t chicken. More like wet flour strips. The vegetable egg roll was just ok. Never again, no wonder they’re open on Mondays. I wish it would let me post pictures. I’ll post those on Facebook & review in a restaurant group I follow.

Went there Saturday with my husband. I was disappointed in the food and service. The General Tso's chicken was mostly breading dipped in the sauce, which was tasty. But I cut few pieces of "chicken" and found none! The fried rice tasted different. I did not like it. Crab Rangoon was ok. Husband thought chicken in garlic sauce was tasty, had too many big chunks of vegetables though, fried rice was basic and he liked the eggroll. Not worth the drive for me. Sorry to say, I will not be going back.Parking: Parking lot right in front.

Darn it! I finally tried this local place and the food was so delicious I forgot to take pictures If you are looking for great Chinese food in Shorewood it's here. If you like supporting local family businesses it's here. Mom takes the orders, dad cooks and the kid gets his homework done! Wonderful portions. Good hot and sour soup and the combinations included and egg roll, fried rice and the entree for a reasonable price! Had the chicken and shrimp kung pow and the heat was perfect! Will definitely be back. The regulars I watched coming in were treated like family and I want to be one!

Delicious & reasonably priced lunch menu. No more rolled ice cream though. Still worth coming for the food.
