Worst McDonald's ever. I already don't like McDonald's that much, but... I took my family there after a high school badminton match because I hoped it would be cheaper and faster than others in the area. Almost $40 and the cheese on my sandwich was bad looked as though it had been on it all day. Soaked in ketchup. Nuggets were horrible also not to mention the fries were warm at best. Threw most of it away. Would have returned for a refund but I had already been up for 22 hours and was in desperate need of sleep. Won't be eating at ANY McDonald's ever again.

The food was messy and the diet coke was flat. I let them know it was flat and asked for another and they took it in the back and gave me another one that was even more flat than the first one. They were not helpful.

I don’t know how this can happen twice in 6 months but McDonald’s shorewood continues to give me toasted buns with my fillet of fish. The buns are supposed to be steamed! If they can’t get a simple sandwich made correctly I don’t think there’s much hope for McDonalds but to continue to slide down in their quality.

This place can be good at times but bad also. Staff tries their best but could improve along with management.
15 minute wait for a mcdouble meal and mcchicken meal. 5 minute wait in the drive thru. Attendant couldn't get the order correct at first. Sunday 1 pm. Can't beat the deal though.
