I am very surprised to read neg reviews on this site. I stopped by the awesome Mexican bakery next door and needed to pick up lunch for my daughter. They let me know the specials, I ordered, by the time I got my bakery it was ready and waiting in 15min. They honored the online specials without having to log in also. friendly staff reasonable advertised items also

They wanted to charge us double for order which is bullshit. I wouldnt recomming them the service is horrible. Speak ENGLISH Please! Poor customer service.

Management is terrible and the steal your money. I ordered for delivery and put my tip on the card, then ended up waiting an hour before I got a message that my order was being delivered by door dash and added another 50 minutes to delivery time. I called and told them I would pick it up and when I picked it up, I asked for my $5.00 for delivery and they told me they couldn’t refund just the tip and offered a $5.00 off on my nextnn no order. I told them with the way management handled our order I wasn’t coming back. The manager said here’s your order, have a nice night and walked away.

I called placed an order for 2 pizzas at 6:45 and was told "10-15 minutes". It is snowing, it took me 25 minutes to get to the store. AFTER AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES FROM ORDER PLACEMENT, PIZZA STILL NOT READY. After 8:15 I told them to cancel the order..! Don't know if I'll ever go back.

Ordered on door dash, had one dasher just ditch, and the other one actually talking back and forth with us about what's going on. According to the dasher, they never received our order, and they were basically ignoring our dasher. We were also trying to call them to ask them what was going on, door dash support even tried calling them and no pick on either.
I would have put zero stars but I cannot.

Called the restaurant to update the order as soon as it was placed and the manager “Tyler” stated he can’t change the toppings even though I paid for them. Tyler refused to talk and was too scared to get on the phone and talk to me about it but was communicating through an employee to relay the message. Never ordering from here again.

There are many young children playing in the kitchen, and I don't think that there is cleanliness among them and they work and play at the same time, and there is nothing that fills us with professionalism at work. I hope the owner of the restaurant will care a little. Thank you.

Ordered a pizza today with extra oven time get there after I confirm it’s done. It’s barely done so I had to wait 15 more mins to get it. Also it was the New Yorker and was about 2 inches too short. With prices these days going up and getting short changed can’t afford this.

Ordered from here on doordash more than 45 minutes before they closed (I'm a truck driver and didnt get parked til then), and it took them an hour to tell me my order was cancelled. Very disappointed, never had a papa johns do this before. Definitely will not be recommending to anyone for anything. Kinda puts a bad taste in my mouth for papa johns now.

I ordered one pepperoni and meatball pizza and one bbq pizza. I received two bbq pizzas instead of what I was meant to get. My email confirms that I ordered what I said I ordered but they don’t believe me. They hung up on me the first time I called, the second time I called they had to bring the phone to three different people. They couldn’t help me because they claimed that, that was my order. They told me I had to drive all the way there to prove it, if I wanted my money back or a whole new pizza. I live 35 minutes away so I won’t be taking an hour drive just to get another pizza. The bad reviews for this place should have been my sign to not order from them and you should truly listen to the reviews as this is a terrible location. I will not be coming here again.
