Got a pizza delivered from them tonight and it was made incorrectly. The pizza was also cut in the oddest way possible, it's like a 2 year old cut it. Never again!

I'm 50/50 right now the guys are all really cool but on my last order the salad that I got was a family size salad thank God my kids didn't eat it because the entire bottom of the salad was rotten... and when I called the manager on duty said he would pass it on to the owner, but I never got a response back , I love the crust on the pizza we love the calzone ..but when you get something rotten like that, someone obviously knew what they were doing and it was pretty disgusting!!! lettuce isn't supposed to be black or dark brown... the top half was perfect green lettuce the bottom was like the lettuce that sits at the bottom of the bag and gets wet and dissolves it was pretty gross, I think I was more angry because I didn't want my family members to get sick because of that, so I hope that the owner sees this and corrects the problem!!

I ordered mini tacos and this is what I got,burnt ass hard as a rock tacos.it was supposed come with salsa and sour cream,they told me they refunded me but haven't received it yet,I will go up there if I don't receive it and will be calling my credit card company,so very disappointed and would not recommend this place at all!!!!

I was the store manager for 6 weeks from May to July 2024. Food is kept,stored in disgusting conditions. Store is dirty AF. They talk about their signature dish is the beef pocket but I can guarantee you,that warmer the beef is kept in w the au jus doesn't get changed. Or cleaned out. The well under the make line containers doesn't get cleaned. Within my first week I had to try to explain to the owner that you have to clean the window sills in the waiting area and the dirty pop cooler door. Those crumbs in the warmer container they keep slices and pickup orders in are build up from months ago. The new owner is a twice failed previous business owner with zero experience or knowledge of food service.The prices are too expensive for the low quality control and lack of sanitation and cleanliness. Your money is better spent elsewhere tbh.

Pan crust pizza is excellent. I’ve ordered from here for years as my go to pizza. The marinara is also very good with cheesy breadsticks. Fast, good prices, and always friendly service.

My wife and I actually were going to the small bakery next door but upon arrival, it was closed. A nice gentleman; the owner or manager perhaps came outside of Pizza 4 U and told my wife that the guy that owns the bakery kinda makes his own hours. Being lunchtime we decided to partake in some pizza. We were told that their specialty was the Beef Pocket so we got one and we weren't disappointed. The food was excellent and the service the same.
A few other notes are that they are remodeling so the interior is a bit out-of-sorts and there is no interior dining available so you need to order delivery or take out. That is the reason I gave only 3 stars for atmosphere because there really isn't one. Other than that, everything else was excellent

The owner disputes an advertising of a price and charges more then advertising claiming that two toppings turns into a more expensive pizza due to double topping of chicken???
I wasn’t told during the phone order of the increase in price either…
Never was told this on the phone because the employee was confused from the start of the order…(Needs to go to school)
I ordered one topping of chicken and one topping of pepperoni… (How is this three toppings???) False advertising…
Shorewood business should have stayed closed; better owner…

This place has tanked and it used to be great, so I gave it several chances to redeem itself, it did not. 2+hr waits for pickup orders (don't bother asking for delivery). Major staffing issues has led to long waits and burnt food all 4 times I've ordered since the reopen. Zero stars isn't an option so one it is

This was my first time here and it will be my last. The poor boys were over cooked nearly burnt. The chicken wings if you would call them chicken wings were nothing but uniformed balls. So my advise would be is to stay away from this place. Hopefully the owner will pick up their game and make it better instead of cheaping their way out. Maybe make those boneless wings from scratch instead from a frozen bag.

The pizza is self was great however, the service of the delivery driver, and the person answering the phone was horrible. The delivery driver took it upon himself to decide how much of a tip he wanted to take from my change and the person answering the phone basically told me too bad, I would not advise getting a pizza from Pizza for U if you are paying in cash
