Our back door buzzers do not work, and I put in the delivery instructions to only use the front door. This driver still came to the back and after calling me 3 times ( I did not recognize the number) I called back and met her outside. She sat in her car until I came all the way out and up to her and then seemed to push past me. She was holding the hot bag sideways like it was a purse basically letting all the food slide to one side. Set it down and said “you can get your food”...read full review
Today makes the 3rd time this week we have tried to order delivery, Monday they were out of ingredients, Tuesday they were out of ingredients, Friday they are out of Supreme Pizzas, honestly we love the Personal Pan Pizzas but 3 times in one week out of ingredients........... completely unacceptable!!!! Then to top this disappointment we call the Pizza Hut off of Caton Farm Rd and they don't deliver to our house........exactly .2 miles away from the Shorewood delivery.
