My daughter and I went to the casino a week ago. After we went there we were famished. It was 10:30 at night. Nearby pizza places were closed or closing, which is strange due to the fact it was Friday night. We seen that the Pizza Hut in Shorewood on 59 was open. We went in and ordered a medium sausage, pepperoni pan pizza, breadsticks w/o cheese, and boneless Buffalo wings. The lady who took our order was very funny! I was ready to pay and she said WAIT! She said no, let’s see if we have any coupons first! We got our meal for an agreeable price. When the food came out piping hot, I thanked them. We went into my car and we sat there and ate (I’m telling you, we were hungry)! The boneless buffalo wings were hot, crunchy, and saucy. The breadsticks (which are my fav since I was a child) were hot pillows of perfection! To top it off, the pizza tasted amazing! Thank you so very much Shorewood Pizza Hut! To be honest, it was the best Pizza Hut I have ever eaten in my entire life (yes it was that good)! I will definitely come back!

I made a delivery order at 3:22 and at 4:45 I inquired about driver ETA, which said 3:55. They said they didn’t have my order on file and that they gave my order to a random DoorDash driver and trusted he would deliver. The manager refused refund and said I would have to reorder or get store credit and get it delivered again. I declined and said i will just come get it. She told me it would be ready in 30 min. When I arrive, she told me it would be another 15 minutes. I waited almost 3 hours for my simple order. They didn’t offer to make up for the time, give anything free, reimburse for deliver charge, or even apologize. I know it’s just pizza, but I’m extremely disappointed as I waited 3 hours to feed my children. I will be contacting corporate.

First and last time visiting this Pizza Hut store. They only had two workers total, both trying to make food while work the counter. Our food was ready but no one was at the counter for over 10 minutes. Just stood there waiting for someone to come to the register. Food was all burnt, dry and cold. They forgot the bedsticks, it was a complete waste of $52.00 for one cold burnt pizza, one small tray of dry tasteless pasta and 8 soggy “wings”. I was worried when I saw a sign reading “no refunds on food” only store credit or remake, I am guessing they have had lots of complaints about their quality. It was terrible.

Barely and sauce or cheese. Pizza Hut is normally good for what it is. But I will NOT order from Shorewood Pizza Hut anymore. This has happened more than once to various customers. Hardly any sauce or cheese. They are skimping. It’s usually managers trying t o save money on supplies because their pay is connected to how much they use. Bad move. I’ll go elsewhere. Either way too many places skimping now since pandemic. Not cool not gonna fly. Get it right or you’ll keep getting the bad reviews and loose people.
I've ordered carryout from here a few times. There's usually an unnecessarily long wait for someone to come to the front, continually gazing at my order in the warming oven. The Chicago Tavern Style pizza was absurdly bad. I feel like Pizza Hut's large size is about the same size as Dominos' medium. On the bright side, this location makes their products pretty good to specifications. It just so happens the Tavern Style pizza is horrible nationwide. The wings, cinnamon sticks and standard hand-tossed are consistently good, just a bit more expensive than other pizza chain competitors.
This store is poorly run, which you will learn for yourself if you do business here. Our last experience our order was delayed because the store ran out of cheese. We agreed to return 40 minutes later when I was advised by the manager that our order had not been made because they had called me several times yo let me know they were out of the parmesan garlic sauce I had ordered on one item. I confirmed they had the correct number and asked the manager to call me now, since I have my phone on me and had no missed calls, to which he refused. We accepted that we could wait 15 more minutes to get our order rushed, which we did, to only return home and find it was incorrectly made. I called the store and received a store credit, because store policy is to remake or credit the account, there are no refunds. Sadly, I'll have to return to this location one last time. How does a pizza restaurant, not have cheese on a Friday evening? How hard is it to make the order correctly? Why lie about calling the customer? Why be rude when the team you lead make a mistake? Because, it's the customers fault for being there. A mistake, we only need to make once more.

Have not been to pizza hut in a very long time so we thought we would try them. We ordered there new double pepperoni tavern pizza. We had it delivered and it was cold and there was a 5.99 delivery fee plus we tipped. Not worth it one little bit! Will never go there again unfortunately. It's ashame what has happened to pizza hut.

The shorewood IL location is horrible!! We ordered from here twice in the last 2 weeks. First order came and the pepperoni lovers had ZERO pepperoni. Called and they didn’t seem to appreciate I wanted another one to be delivered. The next order they sent a thin n crispy with no toppings again. Just cheese. It is clearly on the recipe
