It’s my second time ordering from here!! YYYYYY did I do it again!! I ask for my pizza to be cut in squares cause that’s what the kids like!!! Of course they start cutting in triangles and then squares and now I have a thousand pieces of pizza!!!! And the manager keep putting my change on the counter!! Hello I do have a HAND!!! If I hand you something I except the same treatment!! I will not be coming back!! This place is a JOKE!!

Ordered and paid for extra sauce, extra cheese and extra sausage. Look at how much sausage is on several of the slices, barely a piece or two. I think they put less ingredients than normal. Terrible experience.

My daughter and I went to the casino a week ago. After we went there we were famished. It was 10:30 at night. Nearby pizza places were closed or closing, which is strange due to the fact it was Friday night. We seen that the Pizza Hut in Shorewood on 59 was open. We went in and ordered a medium sausage, pepperoni pan pizza, breadsticks w/o cheese, and boneless Buffalo wings. The lady who took our order was very funny! I was ready to pay and she said WAIT! She said no, let’s see if we have any coupons first! We got our meal for an agreeable price. When the food came out piping hot, I thanked them. We went into my car and we sat there and ate (I’m telling you, we were hungry)! The boneless buffalo wings were hot, crunchy, and saucy. The breadsticks (which are my fav since I was a child) were hot pillows of perfection! To top it off, the pizza tasted amazing! Thank you so very much Shorewood Pizza Hut! To be honest, it was the best Pizza Hut I have ever eaten in my entire life (yes it was that good)! I will definitely come back!

I made a delivery order at 3:22 and at 4:45 I inquired about driver ETA, which said 3:55. They said they didn’t have my order on file and that they gave my order to a random DoorDash driver and trusted he would deliver. The manager refused refund and said I would have to reorder or get store credit and get it delivered again. I declined and said i will just come get it. She told me it would be ready in 30 min. When I arrive, she told me it would be another 15 minutes. I waited almost 3 hours for my simple order. They didn’t offer to make up for the time, give anything free, reimburse for deliver charge, or even apologize. I know it’s just pizza, but I’m extremely disappointed as I waited 3 hours to feed my children. I will be contacting corporate.

Our food was ready but no one was at the counter for over 10 minutes. Just stood there waiting for someone to come to the register. Food was all burnt, dry and cold. They forgot the bedsticks, it was a complete waste of $52.00 for one cold burnt pizza, one small tray of dry tasteless pasta and 8 soggy “wings”. I was worried when I saw a sign reading “no refunds on food” only store credit or remake, I am guessing they have had lots of complaints about their quality. It was terrible.

The cardboard of the box was thicker than the pizza. No sauce, only disgusting sweet flavor. Will not he ordering from this company again. Shame Pizza hut used me a great place.
