This was my first time having Poke Bros and I’m not disappointed! I built my own bowl (sushi rice, cucumbers, green onions, spicy mayo, spicy chicken, crab sticks and sesame seeds) it was so good I couldn’t wait to try it in the car!

Not only was the service subpar, but the behavior of one of the employees was absolutely unacceptable.Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed one of the employees biting their nails and cleaning their fingernails. This was already a major red flag for me, as personal hygiene is of utmost importance when handling food. It made me question the overall cleanliness and sanitation standards of the establishment.As I placed my order, I couldn't help but feel disgusted by the employee's lack of professionalism. It is highly unhygienic to bite nails and clean fingernails in a food preparation area. This behavior not only reflects poorly on the employee, but also on the restaurant as a whole.I couldn't enjoy my meal knowing that it had been prepared by someone who displayed such poor personal hygiene habits.I understand that mistakes can happen and employees may have off-days, but this level of negligence is simply unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a certain level of cleanliness and professionalism when dining out or ordering food, and this experience fell far below those expectations.I strongly urge the restaurant management to address this issue and ensure that all employees adhere to proper hygiene practices.
