I went there today to buy food. The guy that’s taking the orders has long hair. And he does not wear a hat or hair net on his head. All while handling the food he is constantly pushing his hair back and not washing his hands. This is in not sanitary. He should be wearing a hat or hair net on his hair.

Since Al's closed in Shorewood, Pop's has become the new best beef around.

I catered food from here for my sons birthday party. The gal who took my order was pleasant and through. When I went to pick it up, the order was ready on time and I also received a discount I didn't even ask for! I was again pleasantly surprised to find that when my son and I were carrying out part of the large order because we knew we had to make a couple of trips, 2 employees had followed us out with the rest of the order and placed it in my car for me! The food we ordered was italian beef and sausage, baked mostaccioli, fried chicken and salads. Everything was prepared and packed well and all was delicious! Thank you Pops of Shorewood for going above and beyond and helping make my sons birthday a success!

Food was dried out, Reese's Pieces shake was not good ( they put all the candy at bottom, then poured the shake on top!)

Can always count on the beef sandwich. Comparable to Portillos. Everything is good here. Fair prices, u get a good amount of food. Great staff at this location.

Paid Xtra for more meat on my Gyro the sandwich weighed 10.8 Oz rip off. An paid over 10 bucks

Best italian beef. It is finely shredded and always tender. The natural gravy is seasoned perfectly. Their house made giardiniera is the best I have had in my life. Nowhere else even comes close.

Just noticed in my ad paper that I can get an eight piece chicken dinner just chicken for 1599 on Sundays only but I can also get an eight piece chicken dinner that includes some rolls fries and coleslaw for $11 more what a deal scratch my tush bye

Saturday 3/15/25 at 8:30pm went to Pop's ordered 2 cheeseburgers for my kids, I reside less than 10 mins from the location when I got home the burgers were ice cold and had the appearance of having been sitting wrapped for a long time the cheese was as if it had never been melted with the imprint of the tomato-soaked in. The buns were ice cold, the meat was dried up. I took the burger back as one of the children had bit the cold burger it was tossed. I I was refused a refund or burger. The owner and cook thought it was funny be careful ordering from this place. I felt at lease I should have been given a new freshly cooked burger or my money back for the burger. This was not the first time I have received a back meal from this place but this time I will never go back. I had to let this place know it's not good to sell bad food.
