Pop's Italian Beef & Sausage

Saturday 3/15/25 at 8:30pm went to Pop's ordered 2 cheeseburgers for my kids, I reside less than 10 mins from the location when I got home the burgers were ice cold and had the appearance of having been sitting wrapped for a long time the cheese was as if it had never been melted with the imprint of the tomato-soaked in. The buns were ice cold, the meat was dried up. I took the burger back as one of the children had bit the cold burger it was tossed. I I was refused a refund or burger. The owner and cook thought it was funny be careful ordering from this place. I felt at lease I should have been given a new freshly cooked burger or my money back for the burger. This was not the first time I have received a back meal from this place but this time I will never go back. I had to let this place know it's not good to sell bad food.

Usually love this place. Only gave us one order of mac and cheese bites when our receipt had two. So we had to go back for it. Then once we left we realized they had put a breaded steak sandwich in the bag when we ordered a chicken sandwich.

They had to remake my food 2 times. The first time they remade my food, they only missed one item but insisted to remake the whole order again. The second time they gave me the complete wrong order. All my food was smushed because the guy was literally shoving all my food into one bag. I have never had a bad experience at Pops till this guy named Gill or Hill started working there. Hire better people.

$45 worth of food and half of it is smashed to hell. The people at the counter packed everything into one bag and basically ruined half of our meal. Super beef sandwich is completely flattened. Ordered jalapeno poppers because the employee said there was 9 pieces to an order, only got 4 or 5 poppers which were smashed into one glob at the bottom of the bag. Hopefully the manager can make this right. Do better, Pops employees.

Paid 15 bucks for a cheese dog that had a couple pieces of broken up American cheese slices laid on top and over abundance of fries and a medium strawberry shake could have got a better deal at portillo's.

I love coming here for a quick meal. I usually get the chicken pita with bacon and seasoned fries. The service is good and quick. There are several locations and I’ve never had a bad meal or service.

Gyro was very good, nothing huge but very good. The Italian beef not so much, it was horrible! Service wise, they were excellent and quick!

Pretty unique Italian beef... I was honestly expecting giardinera on my sandwich but it came with a fresh celery, jalapeno and red chili sauce mix, which was surprisingly really tasty. The sliced beef itself has a unique taste, wasn't dry and had a bit of juice. If they toned down the salt and seasoning it would be excellent. ?
