I was raised on the South side of Chicago, so i have a certain flavor and taste I like. And Rosati's in Shorewood really shines when it comes to the food, the flavor, the presentation, the cooking and the service. You can taste the freshness, my taste buds dance!!! ??⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I tried posting this on Google, but my review kept being taken down. My family has been to this establishment on several occasions. I have had amazing experiences every time going there, the food amazing. Unfortunately, the past few times, I have witnessed some very awful behavior that should not be tolerated. A young short woman driver with long brown hair was yelling at employees in a very disrespectful way. With me going to this place for a very long time, I have become familiar with the managers and even the owner. I would have never thought I would hear the way she talks and screams at the high schoolers that work there in this manor. I have even heard her disrespect the managers and other employees who have been there for a very long time. She screamed at them, telling them to learn to do their job and telling them to stop being lazy. When I have witnessed the opposite of these actions. As long as this driver is still working there and being allowed to disrespect her fellow employees and managers, I will be refraining from this place. That girl has no right to talk to anyone the way she does and how the owner allows this behavior to be appalling. That driver needs to learn her place and keep her mouth shut.

This is our go to place to order! It doesn’t cost us an arm and leg to enjoy some good pizza like everywhere else. & it’s actually better than a lot of other places especially their gluten free! The GF pizza is pretty reasonably priced compared to others and the crust doesn’t taste like cardboard! Our food is never cold and is always ready on time too.

Great service by the young lady at the counter. I came in with my track and field team (Michigan Tech!) and she treated us very nicely. It's not a great spot to eat in, but if the weather is nice there are a few places to eat outside. The portions for the pasta were huge and the breadsticks are 10/10. Will be back next time I'm in the area.

Wonderful counter people efficient and friendly. The pizza had the perfect sauce and plenty of cheese. Garlic cheese bread and marinara sauce great!

I order from the Shorewood IL Rosatis quite often, and it's always very tasty. Tonight I picked up my free 16 inch two topping pizza, but in reality I paid for it it's just I had a free pizza on my account that I hadn't picked up just yet. The pizza was burnt and extremely well done, the cheese on every slice was dark brown, almost black. I never order any pizza well done, just normal so it's not like I ordered well done and they over did it on accident. Anyway, it was so overcooked every bite you took I had to wipe the flying crumbs off of me because the crust was cracking everywhere. Needless to say after 2 pieces I wanted nothing else to do with the rest of the 16". I feel like I got this carelessness because today I didn't have a charge to pay which is totally unfair because I paid for the pizza prior but didn't get it so I had a free one added to my account.. I hope management sees this and responds.

I've lived in the area my entire life. I like a lot of the local pizza places and we have great ones. That said, this is consistently my favorite pie. This is one of the good places that actually makes pizza from scratch. They roll the dough, shred the cheese, cut the actual veggies, start with raw sausage, etc. If you're expecting Pizza Hut, you'll be disappointed. If you're expecting real pizza, you'll love it. Because they make everything, you can also substitute nearly anything. My favorite is BBQ sauce for the marinara, fresh chicken and bacon. Lots of places have the ingredients, but if it's brought in partially made, they can't substitute everything. I like the Chicago style, but it's not my favorite personally. A little too much sauce for me. Pan is better in my opinion for deep dish. Delivery sometimes takes a full hour, but the food showed up hot and that's what I care about.
