A very rude employee, I believe her name is Kelly, was incredibly judgmental of my order and it made me feel so ashamed of the food I got. I do not recommend going here if you don’t like to be judged. Very awful person.

Went through the drive thru for a turkey sage danish and a matcha w. Brown sugar - the line was so long but it was rush hour so understandably so . My matcha was missing the brown sugar which even that was whatever. BUT I was given a FROZEN danish. It was not heated up or anything so I’m chewing through a block of ice. I could not return bc we were already rushing to the airport. I can wait the necessary wait time if things are made correctly. But to wait that long for everything to be wrong is annoying.

I went there today (friday) during my coffee break around 10am and wanted to order coffee and a hot chocolate, but the 3 or 4 baristas sitting at the tables next ot the counter said they were (all) on coffee break all at the same time, and told us to come back in 6 minutes. Been going to Starbucks for some 25 years and it never happened to me before, I know it is customary for the service industry to take lunch and breaks at different times to accommodate customers. We went to the Bigsby coffee next door instead. Talk about the lack of service, and no work ethics.

Emma was amazing and she made pink drink differently than what I normally get it and it is way better than I normally order it so she is my favorite barista now she needs a raise she was very polite very kind she was recommending items on the menu you need to give her her a raise she has very good customer service skills she’s very jolly she’s very happy she’s like super welcoming she’s amazing so Emma big up to you you’re a great barista have a wonderful night!!!!!!
