As the review below states, if you use a coupon for your order that old geezer that works there will purposely make it wrong. It's not your customers fault the app and website allows coupons. Just retire already.

I love Subway, but I hate this location. I’ve been to this location a few times, and the older man working (who I believe is actually the owner or manager) is very cantankerous and stingy. He HATES accepting coupons, but today I ordered on the app for pickup, so the coupon automatically accepted. He intentionally made my order incorrect, and when i asked him kindly to correct it please- he directly told me that he did that because I used a coupon, and that if I “could read,” I would know they do not accept coupons. I was flabbergasted at the way that man spoke to me. Perhaps if he is that serious about not accepting coupons, he should adjust their app to not accept them in the first place. With that being said- use coupon code SIXINCHSUB for a 3.99 sandwich :)

Went in today to order food. Was told very rudely my dog was not allowed in. I told the lady she was a service dog. My dog was behaved quiet and in her service dog vest. The lady rolled her eyes. She made me so unwelcome we left without ordering. I have ms and am diabetic. Maybe educate staff on ada laws and some kindness and manners

I stopped by after work for my wife and I to get a sandwich. She got the turkey, and I got the Philly steak and cheese both at 12". They both tasted pretty good and fresh, but the price was over $30. It's just way too much for 2 sandwiches to go without a drink or chips. At prime dinner time, i was the only customer in there. Can't go back till prices are back under control.

Horrible experience multiple times at this location. Waited 15 min to get a sub and the girl put so much oil on it that I threw it away when I got home (it was dripping and bag was soaked. Think she might have did it on purpose cause i made it known i was upset about wait time). The cookie was over cooked. Only good food was the chips and they don't make those there.

The two kids working at night clearly want to just close early. The sign on the door and hours say they close at 10, came in at 9 and they said they were closed already.

Update your hours
You should really update your hours of service online. If you’re closed at nine it shouldn’t say open till 10 on the Google page and you should be able to place a pick up order. Now I placed an order online packed up my kid and went to go get food just to find out I can’t Get it and I gotta wait to get my money back.
The staff is so nice and polite! Great portions. They make you sandwhich better than you can make it yourself. It'd perfect and they do everything they can to make it perfect. Again, it's all on the staff.. who are amazzzzzzing!

I placed an online order, had a pickup time of 9:10pm
When I arrived at the restaurant, I was told they are closed, yet I was charged for my order.
The time on the door & online states they are open until 10pm.
