I've lived here for about 8 months now and it's constantly closed and when it's open the line is insane, service is slow and foods are listed as not available. Worst worst worst taco bell ever.

Like still takes forever. Didn't get correct order. Why do I keep coming back 😭

I placed an order with Uber Eats on 10/29/25 around 7:30 pm. I asked for Diablo Sauce which is usually not put in the order even when you request it and they gave sauces that were all stuck together with dried old sauce that has just been sitting out. For the sauce to be that dry means it had been there for awhile and instead of using common sense to just throw it away they served it to a paying customer. That is a serious health hazard and to make the decision to serve it puts people at risk for food poisoning. This is pretty low even for a fast food place and when you deal with food and food safety your customers health should be priority number 1.

How does it take 30 mins to make 3 items when the food is premade and vegetables are diced! On top of that you don’t get what you ordered. Employees stand around looking like they are so lost in life!! If I was the owner I would be so damn embarrassed. Can’t see this place staying open for much longer!!

Before I give the negative part of my visit ill say the 1 good thing I saw, the manager at the time of my visit was phenomenal. He kept pushing them to work hard and efficiently as a team he encouraged them during their busy dinner rush however I will never come back here. I only ordered 2 drinks no food yet somehow my ordered kept getting over looked . While I stood there watching everyone work I saw people touching garbage, picking stuff up from the floor, scratching their back and then making food. I was so disgusted, then when I finally questioned why everyelse that ordered after me was getting service before I did this young worker decided to give an attitude and eye roll all because I questioned how much longer. I was tempted to walk out and not even care about a refund. This location needs serious help and an attitude adjustment. Again kudos to the manager for being a hard worker.

One of the worst fast food services I have ever had. Absolutely nothing on the order was right. The quesadillas were not even cut. The customer service was honestly the worst part of the whole experience had to ask multiple just multiple times just for them to take my order. The staff was rude, impatient and extremely lazy. They also didn’t give me half the food I paid for. Would not recommend to anyone.

Expect long wait times and your order to be wrong. Not sure why the employees think it’s okay to tell someone in drive thru that it’s gonna be 5 minutes before they can even take the order after waiting in line already for 5-10 minutes.

I ordered the #2, now grated i drive home (about 10 minutes) before i could eat them. First i had to peel the taco from the wrapper, losing some of the taco as i did. The tacos were so-so, I will not order them again
