Well at 1st I couldn't get enough of TCBY until I started choking off a piece of hair in my golden vanilla frozen yogurt that was already packed. And to top it off my daughter finds a piece of hair in her strawberry frozen yogurt that was already packed as well. What a way to kill an addiction! I am now free from TCBY!

Very good froyo and service BUT the hallway to the bathroom is straight out of a horror movie and the bathroom itself is worse it looks like somewhere I'm gonna get freaking touched in bro and it has a ominous sound in there and not to mention the hand dryer is buns and my hands were still wet so then I had to leave the bathroom with soggy hands which was not okay

Not a good selection of fruit flavored yogurts. I got a small dish of sorbet and it cost almost $5. You pay as much for the cup as you do for the yogurt. Just not a good value anymore.

Kid-friendliness: The employee apologized for mopping the floors a few prior to my niece and nephew arriving. He didn’t have to apologize, but it was still a thoughtful gesture that showed he was worried about them slipping.
