I don’t write reviews but I asked for no onions and no cheese and my salad had onions and cheese. I understand that some salads are pre-made but if that was the case why was I not warned about this before I payed for my meal?

Went through the drive thru for lunch, and my meal was correct and was given to me in a small amount of time. Great job!

This will be my first and last time going to Wendy’s. I understand that it’s a fast food job and you don’t get paid enough. However, it’s not an excuse to be rude to drive-through customers or any customers at all!!!! I asked the drive through staff nicely about an order because it’s my first time and for her to give such an attitude back along with being impatient with me deciding what to get and rushed us through the whole process. The food is also mid.

On the edge about service here since staff member argued and would not had me a receipt. Yes he want to keep it for himself. Y. I have no idea. I do not think he is there anymore and things may have improved. Staff seems to be friendly now and try their hardest to provide great service.
