I went thru the drive thru yesterday. They had two people taking my order and because of it they took my order wrong. Which resulted in not only me getting the wrong item at the end but the cost being $5 more than what I ordered. When I noticed this I immediately went in and tried to get the correct order and $5 back. They then proceeded to tell me that they didn't give refunds to fldespite it being their mistake. They said all they could do is give me a credit for additional food. They then pointed to their menu saying no refund. They never told me the total before swiping my card. I'm blind so I would have had no idea about the menu, so they're also not ADA compliant. I ended up getting no food and paying $7. I would avoid this Wendy's at all cost.
11/07/2025 evening around 10:30pm drive through order, Dave's double. Asked for no onion, no Mayo, no cheese. When inspecting the burger at home the burger had no cheese and no onion. It seemed as if no mayo. The tomato had a small smear of mayo on the side. I removed the tomato thinking ot wasnt touching the rest of the burger. However after eating the food about half an hour or so I started getting a reaction from an allergy. After taking a benadryl I found the phone number to the restaurant, wanting to inform them of the situation and the phone rang twice and the line connected then disconnected. Tried a second call and the same thing.
I would like it to be known I do enjoy Wendy's, as it is one of the very few fast food places I can eat due to my allergies. Tonight's issue was probably a limited occurrence, I just want it addressed that if you accidently put a condiment on something that some one asked not to be on it, do not just scrape it off and call it a day, please take the time to remake the food so it meets the standards and quality of the establishment.

The staff that was working 10/14/25 at lunch hour were so fun and nice!! Came in with my toddler and they took time to make sure our food was good that we had a good experience. As a mom I'm always so self conscious about if my kid is being too much and they made me feel so comfortable. Such a blessing and so thankful for them!!

My parents and I went there in the early AM around 1:00 and the manager was extremely rude to us and the boy at the drive thru. We got nuggets and he was upset that the sauces we wanted weren’t on the order and said “ next time say it back there “ and shoved the sauces in my mother’s hand!

I’m usually visiting this location late nights during/after work and every time I do the manager Madison makes my experience a memorable one. I love her positive energy and she’s always so happy and pleasant. The food is always fresh and the staff is very friendly.
I ordered a breakfast Baconator through the drive thru this morning. I was the only customer in line. I get home with my sandwich to find the sausage patty was burnt and dry, and they forgot to put the egg on my sandwich. I wasn’t about to go back for a replacement as I had errands to run, but this was highly disappointing.
Nobody knows what they are doing here. Shorted me a burger and then had to wait for a new one to be made while my other food gets cold. Then what I get is greasy half raw burger. Do yourselves a favor and do not eat here.

We tried to get late night food after rolling into town very late. This was the second Wendy's we tried since the first said they are only taking Uber and doordash orders, even though they were still open for 40 minutes. This location was still taking orders, and we were the 3rd or 4th car in the drive-thru line. Credit cards were not an option, but luckily, we had cash. One order taker, and when we pulled up, realized it was the manager or supervisor, was obviously frustrated and outwardly rude twice in the transaction. The other adorable young lady at the window was a blessing and so sweet. I understand we came at the end of the night, but at a restaurant, the food should be the same quality no matter how busy, slow, or what time of day or just tell me the kitchen is closed and I can find something else. Some food was hot while some was cold, sandwiches were very sloppily thrown together, fries were either redropped in old oil, and/or the oil needed to be cleaned, but it was edible.

This Wendy's is great if you like cold food and you don't mind if they give you something else then what you ordered. And if you want to stand there for 15 minutes for a pothead to finally take your order.

I don’t normally stop at Wendy’s to get something to eat. But today, I decided to swing by and grab some chicken nuggets for dinner. I was happily met at the pay window by Brandy and she was the sweetest. She greeted me with so much happiness and created great conversation with me during our short interaction. She instantly brightened up my evening with her positive attitude! And my spicy nuggets were pretty good too ;-)
