This is MY Wendys, it’s mine! I share this review bc good fast food isn’t always easy to come by. Lived in SW for over a decade and have been coming here without an issue ever since. Always late night. Always after working a double and my tanks are on empty. The food is always fresh, hot fries, staff is friendly, quick, my orders are always correct, lol, should I go on? They don’t forget my straw, never skimp on the fries, drinks always carbonated, idk what they’re doing but I really hope they never stop.Thank you for for doing things the right way, your community appreciates you!

If I could give it a zero, I would. The employees were rude, nasty and lacked customer service. First tried drive-thru, that was a joke. The guy sounded like he had marbles in his mouth. Tried to go in, two cashiers were open with two guys working. I literally stood there and no one offered to take my order.

The pretzel bun burger is so dang good!But when I was there like 20 mins before then closed ( I am aware it's not ideal, but I wasn't there 2 mins before close, it was 20 mins. So I went through the drive thru which I never do because they always get it wrong wherever I am. But it was too late and the inside was closed. So I ordered on the app. When I came up to the speaker I told them my name and orderThe woman was too worried about leaving. Didn't give me my sauce, which I reminded her of twice. Kinda makes or breaks a meal for a child when they're picky

Placed mobile order pulled up to drive thru like app says to. Was told it was a takeout, which it was not. The individual who I spoke with was curt and argumentative. I showed the app saying mobile order through drive-through.

This Wendys is horrible. Every time I go here the burgers are overcooked and dried out. Almost inedible. I won't be going back. It's too bad. Wendys used to be my favorite fast food burger place. No longer.

This restaurant is the absolute worst, I went there last night, ordered food only to realize I was charged for something I didn't want. I was still at the store when this was discovered, I paid with cash and the alleged manager and her minions refused to return my money for the unwanted item. Avoid this place at all costs. Needless to say l will not buy anything there again.
Just got a frosty because I haven't had one in a while. It was good.

I honestly expected a whole lot more then wht trash service I was given . The girl taking orders does not belong in the drive thru window . Put ur aces in their places . She was rude , I repeated my order on several occasions . Lied to about not having ranch on sandwich station and i was literally the last car in line when the back window cashier stuck her sign up for me to pull forward . I was charged wrong , when the only thing I had gotten was a biggie bag . And still that was apparently too much for them to handle . Good luck to anyone going to this location . More then apparent there is no standards in place and it shows . Problem usually starts w management and trickles down hill and sadly I would prob clean house w a lot of them at this location .
