Awful… Cold!…. Wrong flavours!… wrong fries! Wrong sauces! When we complained, we had to deal with bad attitude and an offer of 11£ refund! Our order was £80!!!! For food that went into the bin! Tasted awful heated up!
Spent my entire lunch waiting for an order that should have been completed before I arrived. Never received the food I paid for

Cold, old fries, no flavor and barely any sauce/seasoning on fries and wings. Decided to try it for the first time and won’t be going back obviously.
I don't even want the wings now after waiting for 45 minutes at 230pm on a thursday with just 2 people ahead of me.

Called in an order yesterday because some reason the online system kept saying timed out. Phone rang for 10 mins, some one finally picked up. Phone kept going in and out, the worker said it was because of some flood they had recently. Any who, so because the phone kept going in and out, it took over another 10 mins to place the order. She repeated the order and said we had a promise time of 950pm. By this time my husband is already close by. He goes in at 927pm to let them know he is there and waiting. He uses the bathroom and when he came out, he told the girls at the registered that he will go to the car to wait and come back in. They told him ok should not be long. 952pm He goes back in, all of a sudden the food was NOT being cooked and they could not find the receipt with the order on it. So now, he calls me to see if I could come pick up the food. Because if they start cooking it now , it'll be another 20 mins and he has to come home so he can get ready for work.
I drive up there for the order. I go in and say "I am here to pick up the order I called in and my husband came to pick that you all never got ready. Is it ready?".. One girl looked at me and said "It's already been picked up." I looked at her and asked, how many orders have you all got wrong today because my husband left without the order and that's why I had to come.
The other young lady then steps in and said I am sorry they are still cooking it. Okay, so how much longer? She goes to the back to ask the cook how much longer. He acts as if he does not understand her so she typed something in his phone for him to read then he said 5 mins. So mins passed, I get the order, and one of the meals were wrong. Had to wait on them to remake that one.
This was by far one of the worse experience If I have to drive to the one in Joliet for better service then I guess we will have to or stop eating Wing Stop all together.

Will never order from here again!! Both me AND my sister got food poisoning from this Wingstop last night 1/19/25. We ordered over the uber eats app and they also got our entire order wrong on top of that. Terrible experience and location.

Always catches an attitude if you order after 11pm. The last time going to this location caught a nasty stomach virus after eating here. Would much rather travel further to Jefferson st location. Or none at all, probably better off with Canes which they actually cook their chicken hot and fresh. Even if it’s 10 minutes before close. May lack flavor but at least it’s FRESH!
Food was decent. Storefront itself was filthy. Garbage on most tables. No one cleaning tables off. Employee on break glued to phone for 20 minutes then walks right past garbage, goes back to work without washing hands. I will not be back

Placed order for students in my class at 10am for 11am pick up. Mind you we have a 30 min lunch I get there at 11 and they literally just start to drop the chicken and fries. Very disappointed now my students will have to scarf down in like 2 min. Very unprofessional. I should have read the reviews first as this is my first time ordering here
If they quote you 15 to 20 minutes...plan on 45 to 60....
