This wingstop in Temple Texas is straight up terrible. The staff including the Manager Val is rude and doesn't care to speak to customers. I have had missing items, wrong orders, and just awful customer service interactions. I called tonight to find out if they are not receiving the full orders. I was told "we put whatever is on the screen in the bag." When I called that out as not being the case for the last three months the response was "heard". I have already spoken to the District manager Andre in the past. This lack of professionalism and accountability needs to be studied.

Food is horrible. No seasoning, food takes too long only to get it and it’s room temp. Order always wrong and the garlic Parmesan wings are Parmesan only!!!! No garlic

Place is clean #1. Good crew that works clean and interacts with guests. Victoria greeted us, answered our questions, and gave us recommendations. No shortcuts here. For people complaining about time…. They’re fresh wings, and we’re not the only ones ordering. Worth the wait and would come back again.

Wingstop #1877 5045 Junipero Serra Blvd Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

Food was undercooked. I ordered food Tuesday. Stomach has been messed up since went to the hospital and they said I had food poisoning! It’s like if I don’t say well done they don’t cook it all the way through. I’ll never eat here again!

I did not like Wingstop until I started to order from this store specifically. I usually order off uber eats so idk about the inside service but whoever be in that kitchen cooking the hot honey rub chicken tenders you make my day every time I order!

I dislike leaving bad reviews but I felt like I had to say something about my experience at this location. I usually order online. A bit faster than if I order in person. Today I ordered In person. I usually like coming to this location because it’s close to my house.today took extra long to just get an 8 piece combo. So here’s some Helpful advice for the manager. Could not tell if there was one. Two young girls who seemed to be taking care of the customers up front were just standing around talking on their phones not doing anything. To be accurate on the time. We got there about 505pm. Walked out 5:35pm While the others are working these girls are just talking away. One leaning on the counter by a girl who was preparing orders. She also was on her phone. But then put it away. While another prepping fries seemed to be very busy. Why are you on your phones in the first place. Manager should have said something. As a manager, one of the first things I tell employees is about not being on your phone while working there’s plenty of things to do. Besides my support take long I noticed that a man had placed a big order and somehow there was a mistake made, and it was not in the system and then there was another mistake with a simple sandwich not being correct as far as toppings and flavor from what I recall. I hope my review helps this location and the manager be a little bit more on top of your employees and to talk to them. Working as a team is very important and having an employees just standing around not doing anything is unacceptable..

I LOVE this location!!! They get our order right EVERY single time, & we order Wingstop multiple times a month for a while now…! Most times we do delivery & I’m shocked at how amazing this location CONSISTENTLY is—I’ve never had an experience so positive with a fast food restaurant like this location offers. We do many customizations nearly every time we order, & they are fantastic at getting everything we asked for down to a T. It’s great! I really want to thank the staff here for being above and beyond. This type of customer service is rare and I’m forever grateful to this location!! They deserve a 5 star rating for their consistency, great prices, and amazing food of course!
