Doesn't look like much from the outside, but they have EXCELLENT CDR burritos, chorizo, and potatoe enchiladas, and I give them the chefs kiss!

My wife and I have been fans of Lolita’s for years. Not sure how we found it but never want to lose it!
I grew up in Southern California where I was in the foodservice business and there are many independent “Ma & Pa” Mexican restaurants. Many in Texas too.
Lolita’s ranks up there with the best.
Meals are homemade & fresh made to order for each patron.
Quality and taste are superior with savory spices - not too hot, not too bland.
If you’re not familiar with Mexican food and are reluctant to try. Don’t worry, you’ll be a convert at first bite.
Restaurant business is a demanding 24/7 choice, even so, wishing the hours hadn't been reduced. Small price for perfection.
Support your local Mexican restaurant!

Food is great. Staff are very nice, unfortunately though, at some point you have to interact with the owner who just always seems angry to have to be serving you either at the drive through window or at a seat in their tiny restaurant or even when coming inside to pick up your pre ordered food. There are plenty of restaurants that serve fantastic Mexican food here in the Quad Cities. Today was the last time I will support this small business. There’s just no excuse to be so rude to the people who support your business. I really hope she reads this and takes it to heart and does better. But not for our family and friends, but for others here on because we won’t be ordering from them again.

Great food for a great price. A large combination gives you so much food and taste delicious and it's only like 10 dollars.

We stopped for lunch and were seated right away. I had 3 beef taco’s with a “soft” corn tortilla and my wife a chicken taco’s with and a chicken soap. The chips and salsa were not very good mainly because the chips were old and stale. The salsa was ok. The beef taco’s were disappointing as the tortilla was very stale and tough eating, the beef was ok but not much flavor. The chicken taco was very dry and chewy but the soap was very good and tasty. Overall disappointing and will look elsewhere next time in the area

Normally I usually do take out however we decided to dine in and it was quite warm while trying to eat. Very uncomfortable 😣
